Yesterday, this organised crime syndicate sent a Black man (looks like those Black Panteras' criminals) to Starbucks at Almaden  Expressway and Cherry Avenue, San Jose.  They were vandalizing and deleting my emails and documents. This black man, who was sitting next to me, called some one stating, "We Need to take her down.  Look what emails she is sending."   His phone conversation could be checked easily.

Of course not. It would have been labeled a “hate crime” and splashed all over the news, every single act of violence hyped to the hilt.

Instead, Americans are being beaten and intimidated simply for expressing their political beliefs while the system, which we all know can be brutal when it wants to, just stands by and allows it happen without even pretending to justify itself. Not that we want more police state, but when it’s already there and blatantly ignores its own job on even the most basic level, it’s pretty obvious what’s really going on here.

Newly released arrest reports, from one of the only charges filed so far in the San Jose mob attacks against Donald Trump supporters contain some harrowing accounts written by under cover police officers who witnessed the onslaught.

Under Cover San Jose Officer #1: […] Throughout the afternoon and evening I watched several individuals wearing “Trump” articles of clothing getting punched, kicked and pushed.

Under Cover #2: […] I was assigned to the Covert Response Unit and dressed in a plain clothes capacity. … As time came closer to 18:00 more protesters arrived, mostly younger males and females between the ages of 14 to 25. … some began burning the United States flag in the middle of the street. It became inherently dangerous for anyone wearing a hat or T-Shirt in support of Trump. I observed Trump supporters being spit on, objects being thrown at them, punched, kicked and even robbed of their personal belongings. In these instances I observed victims running for their lives because protesters began adopting the mob mentality and attacking people.

I was unable to make contact with any of these victims due to my under cover capacity and fear for my own safety as well.

According to numerous eye-witness reports, in addition to the lack of action by the undercover police officers, the uniformed police officers were under a departmental order to stand down and not assist any victim of the mob attacks.

Several victims have now approached media to inform them of conversations where they cried out for help during the beatings only to be told by uniformed officers of the San Jose Police Department that they were under strict instructions not to aid any Trump supporter.

San Jose Police Chief Garcia admitted his officers were instructed not to stop violent protestersfrom beating the Trump rally attendees.  In addition, the San Jose Mayor has openly admitted to approving the San Jose police departments plans, and blamed Donald Trump for having the audacity to have a rally in “his city“.

A grand jury has indicted more than 100 Inauguration Day protesters on rioting charges in Washington, D.C. In total, 209 people have now been indicted.

The indictment, handed up D.C. Superior Court on Wednesday, charged 146 additional protesters with felony rioting — meaning they face a fine of up to $25,000 and a maximum of 10 years in prison.

On Inauguration Day — Jan. 20 — 230 people were arrested and charged with felony rioting. Twelve cases have been dismissed.

Following Obama’s decision to abstain at the U.N. Security Council earlier in the week, Netanyahu has warned him that he is willing to release information that will potentially damage powerful people in Washington.

“From now on,” Netanyahu said, “with one touch of the keyboard everyone will have access to the documents and can trace what happened to the children.”

Israel on Wednesday made public for the first time some 400,000 pages of documents related to the fate of the missing Yemenite children of the 1950s, something Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said was meant to “correct the historical injustice” of hiding the fate of the children.

“It is difficult to believe that for almost 70 years, people did not know what happened to their children,” Netanyahu said. “And as difficult as the reality may be, we are not willing for this to continue.”

Netanyahu’s comments came at a ceremony in the Prime Minister’s Office where a website was launched with the documentation about the children. The documents are those that three inquiry committees had at their disposal over the years in investigating the case of the missing children – in 1967, 1988, and 1995. From now on, Netanyahu said, “with one touch of the keyboard,” everyone will have access to the documents and can trace what happened to the children.

In June 2016, Netanyahu appointed Regional Cooperation Minister Tzachi Hanegbi to reexamine the evidence in the three previous inquiries, and in November the cabinet decided to release the classified documents. This decision overturned a 2001 decision to seal the documents until 2071.

During the early days of the state, from 1948 to 1954, hundreds of babies and toddlers of families of Mizrahi descent, mostly from Yemen, mysteriously disappeared during the massive wave of immigration at that time. In the vast majority of cases, parents were told in the hospital that their children had died, though they never received any official confirmation. Over the years  families have claimed that their children were, in fact, kidnapped and given away or sold off to Ashkenazi families.

The archives opened some 3,500 case files which contained original background materials collected by the committees, including hospital records, death certificates, photos and personal testimonies.  As such, the collection includes some 1,248 documents regarding hospitalization of the missing children, 1,226 death certificates, 923 burial records, 202 records of surgery
following their deaths and 358 birth certificates.

Despite the massive amount of documents released, the majority of families still did not receive closure or new information regarding the whereabouts of their lost family members. Still, the opening of the case files was hailed as a major win and a step forward toward  acknowledgment of the affair.

At the ceremony on Wednesday, Hanegbi termed this a “big day to correct a big injustice.” "The reason this is  happening now", he said, “is that we feel a moral need to reveal the truth.”  Hanegbi acknowledged that the matter was a trauma that haunted families for decades, and  expressed hope that transparency on the matter will help people reach closure.  “Hopefully, this will give some relief to the families,” he said.

The public database will reduce “suspicion and distrust that the establishment is hiding information,” Hanegbi  stated. “We’re not hiding information; there is transparency.  All the details are out there.”  

As for the reasoning behind the decision to make the documents public, Hanegbi said that the prime minister asked him to review them, and that he found no  justification for keeping them classified.  “Now, every  citizen, journalist, family member or historian can look at all the details and choose the way he will perceive it,” he said.

Hanegbi denied that there was any organized effort by the government to take children away from their parents, but said that information does not make the matter any less painful for the families.  “The committee that tried to find a solution for this issue came out with the  understanding that most of the children did die in hospitals,” he pointed out. “But the fact is that 1,000 children disappeared without graves, a reason of death, a funeral or a body.”

As for those who lived, Hanegbi called for the  establishment of a DNA bank. He posted that, at this point, nearly 70 years since the children disappeared, people who think they may have been adopted no longer have to fear insulting their adoptive parents, since they are probably no longer alive, and may be more willing to give DNA samples and find their long-lost relatives. 

Knesset Science and Technology Committee chairman Uri Maklev (United Torah Judaism) proposed a bill to  create a genetic database to help solve more of the mystery.  “Without genetic information, we will not be able to take the next step and unite parents, children and siblings,” he said. 

Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked said that the affair  “symbolizes for whole generations of Israeli citizens a phenomena of neglect, discrimination and racism. It is an open wound for whole families.” 

With the opening of the database, Israel is showing it can no longer hide the findings, she added.  Shaked said that the legal situation was complex, but that a solution was found to give maximum information to the public, while protecting individual privacy in the case of adoption.

MK Eitan Cabel (Zionist Union), who is of Yemenite descent, said: “Today is a great day of hope for many families in Israel, and I am full of hope that opening the archives will bring relief to the families and help them get answers to the many questions that remained open and were an open wound to this day.”

President Reuven Rivlin also commended the  government on opening the State Archives: “This has been a heavy burden on Israeli society and it should have been dealt with years ago.”  He expressed the hope that families and the rest of the country would now be able to learn what happened to the missing children.

“We have a public health emergency in many countries. Urban air pollution continues to rise at an alarming rate, wreaking havoc on human health. It’s dramatic, one of the biggest problems we are facing globally, with terrible future costs to society,” explained Dr. Maria Neira, Director of Public Health at the WHO in Geneva. “The cost for countries is enormous. Air pollution affects economies and people’s quality of life. It leads to major chronic diseases and to people ultimately dying,” she continued.
Historically, China has been plagued by air pollution, but its air quality has actually improved since 2011, with WHO reporting that only five of its cities remain in the worst 30. And now there’s more promising news for the country.
The new Nanjing Towers in China will soon let people breathe oxygen that is 3,000 times purer than the city air by producing 132 pounds of oxygen every single day. More than 3,000 plants comprised of 1,000 trees and almost 2,500 shrubs from 23 different local species will create a vertical forest that absorbs carbon dioxide.
The concept is being brought to Nanjing thanks to Italian architect Stefano Boeri, who popularized it in Milan. Each of the two Nanjing towers will stand tall, at a height of 656 feet and 354 feet respectively, rising above the Nanjing Pukou District, an area that will, according to a press release, hopefully pave the way for modernization efforts in the south of China’s Jiangsu province, and help develop a Yangtze River economic zone. Nanjing Yang Zi State-owned Investment Group Company Limited, an investor in the project, is promoting the towers.

A record number of individuals renounced their U.S. citizenship or chose to expatriate in 2016, according to data published by the Internal Revenue Service today.

The government agency, a bureau of the U.S. Treasury Department, publishes the names of those individuals in a list each quarter, in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code. Before 2011, less than 1,000 individuals chose to expatriate each year, according to the lists published on the Federal Register. More than 2,300 expatriated in the last quarter of 2016 alone, and this year's total of 5,411 individuals is 26 percent more than last year's 4,279.

The connection between the list of expatriates and the IRS implies a link to tax policy. The U.S. is one of a very small number of countries that tax based on nationality, not residency, leaving Americans living abroad to face double taxation. "The escalation of offshore penalties over the last 20 years is likely contributing to the increased incidence of expatriation," according to the tax attorneys at Andrew Mitchel LLC who track the expatriate data on their International Tax Blog.

U.S.-born British Foreign Minister Boris Johnson – who has spoken out against the U.S. tax code, The Guardian reports – appears on this quarter's list, which was initially released on Wednesday and published online on Thursday.

However, today's list that covers the last quarter of 2016 – the time period after Donald Trump was elected president – is nearly twice as long as the list from the last quarter of 2015.

Leading up to the U.S. election, a number of high-profile individuals, including Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg and actor Bryan Cranston said, jokingly or otherwise, that they would leave the country if Trump was elected. A number of countries, including Canada and New Zealand, also launched campaigns promoting themselves as destinations for Americans looking to leave the country after the election.

The IRS reports include the names of expatriated individuals for which the Treasury secretary has received information, which is subject to logistical delay, but the annual totals of individuals choosing to expatriate has been steadily rising since 2012.

Hundreds of thousands rally in Iran against Trump, chant 'Death to America': TV

ANKARA (Reuters) - Hundreds of thousands of Iranians rallied on Friday to swear allegiance to the clerical establishment following U.S. President Donald Trump's warning that he had put the Islamic Republic "on notice", state TV reported.

On the anniversary of Iran's 1979 Islamic Revolution, which toppled the U.S.-backed shah, marchers including hundreds of military personnel and policemen headed towards Tehran's Azadi (Freedom) Square.

They carried "Death to America" banners and effigies of Trump, while a military police band played traditional Iranian revolutionary songs.

State TV showed footage of people stepping on Trump's picture in a central Tehran street. Marchers carried the Iranian flag and banners saying: "Thanks Mr. Trump for showing the real face of America."

"America and Trump cannot do a damn thing. We are ready to sacrifice our lives for our leader", a young Iranian man told state TV in a reference to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Last week, Trump put Iran "on notice" in reaction to a Jan. 29 Iranian missile test and imposed fresh sanctions on individuals and entities. Iran said it will not halt its missile program.

Iranian leading religious and political figures, including Pragmatist President Hassan Rouhani had called on Iranians to join the rally on Friday to "show their unbreakable ties with the Supreme Leader and the Islamic Republic".

In a speech marking the revolution's anniversary, Rouhani urged Iran's faction-ridden elite to seek unity amid increased tensions with the United States.

"Some inexperienced figures in the region and America are threatening Iran ... They should know that the language of threats has never worked with Iran," Rouhani told the crowd at Azadi Square.

"Our nation is vigilant and will make those threatening Iran regret it ... They should learn to respect Iran and Iranians ... We will strongly confront any war-mongering policies."

The rallies were rife with anti-U.S. and anti-Israeli sentiment. Some carried pictures of Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and British Prime Minister Theresa May captioned "Death to the Devil Triangle".

"This turnout of people is a strong response to false remarks by the new leaders of America," Rouhani told state TV, which said millions had turned out at rallies across Iran.

U.S. flags were burned as is traditional although many Iranians on social media such as Twitter and Facebook used the hashtag #LoveBeyondFlags to urge an end to flag-burning during the anniversary.

They also thanked Americans for opposing Trump's executive order banning entry to the United States to travellers from seven mainly Muslim countries, including Iran. Trump's travel ban is being challenged in U.S. courts.

Some marchers carried banners that read : "Thanks to American people for supporting Muslims".

Both U.S.-based social media sites are blocked in Iran by a wide-reaching government censor but they are still commonly used by millions of Iranians who use special software to get around the restrictions. Iranian officials, including Khamenei, have Twitter and Facebook accounts despite the ban.

Trump has criticized a nuclear deal reached between Iran, the United States and other major powers in 2015 aimed at curbing the country's nuclear work. Most of the sanctions imposed on Iran were lifted last year under the deal.

Rouhani defended the deal, which his hardline rivals oppose as a concession to pressure from Washington, saying it protected the Islamic Republic’s rights to nuclear power, ending Iran's political isolation and crippling economic sanctions.

BREAKING: FEDERAL COURT STANDS 

IN THE WAY OF TRUMP EXEC ORDER

Wouldn't it have been interesting if at some point during the presidential campaign one of the candidates asked, "Oh, by the way, has anyone in Washington, D.C., ever heard of the McCarran-Walter Act Of 1952?"

I did not know of this act until recently, but it has been a law for almost 65 years.

Here are the historic facts that would seem to indicate that many, if not most, of the people we elect to work for us in Washington do not have the slightest idea of what laws already exist in OUR country.

After several terrorist incidents were carried out in the United States, Donald Trump was severely criticized for suggesting that the U.S. should limit or temporarily suspend the immigration ofc certain ethnic groups, nationalities and even people of certain religions (muslims).

The criticisms condemned such a suggestion as, among other things, being un-American, dumb, stupid, reckless, dangerous and racist.

Congressmen and senators swore that they would never allow such legislation, and our president called such a prohibition on immigration unconstitutional.

As Gomer Pyle would say, "Well, surprise, surprise!"

It seems that the selective immigration ban is already law and has been applied on several occasions.

Known as the McCarran-Walter Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, allows for the "suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by the president whenever the president finds that the entry of aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States."

"The president may, by proclamation and for such a period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens, immigrants or non-immigrants, or impose any restrictions on the entry of aliens he may deem to be appropriate."

Who was president when this was passed? Democrat Harry Truman.

Who do you suppose last used this process?

Democrat Jimmy Carter no less than 37 years ago in 1979 to keep Iranians out of the United States.

But Carter actually did more. He made ALL Iranian students already in the United States check in with the government, and then he deported a bunch of them.

Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas and a total of 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the USA in 1979.

So, what do you say about all of the criticism that Donald Trump received from the Democratic senators, representatives and the Obama Administration?

Additionally, it is important to note that the McCarran-Walter Act also requires that  an "applicant for immigration must be of good moral character and in agreement with the principles of our Constitution."

Therefore, one could surmise that since the quran forbids muslims to swear allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, technically, ALL muslims should or could be refused immigration to OUR country.

With ALL the 'laws' passed by BOTH sides of the aisle, it would seem that BOTH would have researched to look for any and all that would apply to immigration before making fools of themselves, especially the Demo-RATS.  But their 'minds' are on other things, like taking bribes, selling off the nation's defense secrets to pad their bank accounts, their next visit to Pizzagate, the next planned vacation on us taxpayers.  Do you suppose we could create a law to DEPORT with PENALTIES those in 'government' positions who are there only for their own PROFITS and NOT for the BENEFIT of the PEOPLE and our NATION?!  Oh, well, welcome to Ameri-KA.
