Because I am a “lifer” in the military, I’ve seen the  impact of a president more than many of you can imagine.  I enlisted with LBJ and saw just what a  Democrat clusterflock was all about.   

I went to Vietnam and saw how we were constantly and  incessantly bombarded with micromanagement from Washington that got thousands of military people killed. 

I sometimes wonder if I’ll get to heaven but if I go to hell I’m sure I’ll still be a few hundred floors above that  bastard Robert McNamara, LB Johnson, John Kerry,  Jane Fonda and, yes, even the “hero” John McCain.

After Johnson “abdicated” rather than having his ass waxed, I lived through Nixon who was hawkish but allowed the generals (and there WERE a few real generals back then versus now) run the show.  Nixon was so out of touch that he never knew North Vietnam was about to surrender when the Paris Accord was presented.

Only God could help us after Gerald Ford was beaten by Jimmy 'Peanuts' Carter who’d been funded by Saudi money.  The military was turned into Section 8 and even the White House suffered the austerity.

Then the light began to shine and Ronald Reagan swept into the fray.  He not only loved the country and the military, they loved him back.  Esprit d’corps was off the scale during his presidency.  

The Liberals were slowly turning into socialists however, and about this time all the draft dodgers of the 1960’s who’d been given amnesty by Jimmy 'Peanuts' were turning out college graduates with degrees in socialism.

Bush 1 was an enigma from the CIA and, though he  never did much either way, he NEVER DID MUCH EITHER WAY.

Welcome to Bill Clinton.  Clinton spent most of his two terms wagging the dog and creating the 'Oral' Office,  sending a bomber to blow up Quaddafi’s tent and killing a goat or two, while allowing the UN to set up the infamous Black Hawk Down situation. He made history by becoming only the second president to be impeached. 

I actually felt sorry for Bush 2.  He was doomed to infamy from the start.  He thought most of America was still the rah rah patriots of WWII when they were  'simply socialists' waiting to feed him to the sharks.

Then there came the Manchurian Candidate Obama with a faked (OK Democrats, let’s say “of questionable origin" to assuage your PC brains) birth certificate, who’d gotten a free ride through college under a  foreign student exemption, and whose college records and complete life history had been 'sealed.'  (We know more about Thomas Jefferson’s bastard children than we do about Obama, 'Michelle', OR their two faked kids.) 

From his inaugural address, he slandered America and within days had begun to encourage dissension of the races as well as slandering police who “acted stupidly.” That  was mild to the crap that would come in doubling the national debt from what had been built by ALL THE PREVIOUS PRESIDENTS COMBINED, feeding us bullshit about how Muslims built this country, and nationalizing American industries.  

Fueled by George Soros’ money and using the Air Force fleet as his personal charters, he appointed malcontents and traitors into positions of authority.  He trashed the Constitution by installing “czars” (interesting he chose a title like that) to bypass Congressional authority.  By that time, Congress was completely corrupt on both sides of the aisle.  No one had balls to impeach this charlatan Obama.

Mysteriously, the lone outspoken conservative Supreme Court Justice Scalia suddenly dies in his sleep at an Obama pal’s hunting lodge and the Supreme Court is evenly split.  Finally, Congress shows some balls and rejects Obama’s Supreme Court Justice nomination.  

The Libertards aren’t worried because the fix is in. Soros 'has paid' demonstrators to cause turmoil at 'all the Republican gatherings.'  Obama concedes that illegal aliens should vote as they won’t be prosecuted, and Soros-manufactured voting machines are caught switching votes in certain precincts  Hillary has cheated her way to the nomination and her lies are completely  ignored by the brainwashed minions of sycophants who follow her.

But a shocking thing happened on the way to the forum.

Middle America had had enough and, although the pollsters and the pipers tried to convince middle America not even to bother to vote, they were fed up with the denizens of the swamp.  It was time.   

Florida was designated a “swing” state ignoring that all  those old retirees living in St. Petersburg, and the fed up Cuban Americans of Miami weren’t interested in their platform.  

Ohio and Pennsylvania, where coal production was blacklisted and where Obama had ridiculed them for “clinging to their Bibles and their guns,” lay awaiting this supposed “landslide” Hillary vote.... and creamed it.

The Socialist world of the Democratic Party disintegrated.  An American who expressed unbridled love of country and respect for police, firemen and military steamrolled across the heartland and the liberals realized their scheme was trashed. 

A CONSTITUTIONALIST would be nominated to the Supreme Court and, if the old hag Ginsburg who’d claimed to retire if Trump were elected would actually retire and leave, the Supreme Court would have a massive majority of CONSTITUTIONALISTS for the next 40-50 years.

Now, the same party who’d ridiculed Trump on his  comments about the election being rigged, started screaming that the election 'was' rigged.  They even advocated having the election repeated.   They created mobs that burned and pillaged, stopped traffic, threatened murder, battery and rape of Trump supporters, and became the anarchists that the socialist dream thrives upon.  They run like castrated pigs for safe zones and use diaper pins as their national symbol.

This is exactly what happens when political correctness takes over and participation trophies are awarded to everyone.  They can’t conceive how disgusting and subservient they have become.  

Donald Trump may NOT be the best person for the job, but he’s such a welcome respite from the candy-assed whimps who’ve been running the swamp that it’s refreshing to see.  At the very least, Donald Trump derailed the Socialist train and bought us precious time. If he only does half of what he’s promised, we’ll still be legions ahead of where Obama has dragged us.  Already countries who held us in contempt are lining up to be found in the favor of America. 

Donald Trump has done more in his short time in the public eye .. he prevented Hillary Clinton from becoming president!

So, for you liberal lurkers and you half assed fence sitters, Tough Shit!  You had your big hurrah and now your party is over.  For you staunch Republicans in office, don’t gloat so much yourselves. You’ve been put on notice by the American people that we’re fed up with ALL YOU BASTARDS and, if you don’t start putting America first, you do so at your own peril.   

You might want to buy a copy of George McGovern’s autobiography and see how shocking and humbling it can be for a professional politician to have to try to find legitimate work once he falls from grace.

This election was pure unadulterated AMERICAN. Hillary got beaten and AMERICA WON THE ELECTION. 

You can claim he’s not “your president” all you want but unless you 'forfeit' your American citizenship, .....

Rumors About A Congress in Philly----

In order for ANY valid Continental Congress to occur a number of steps must be taken. 

First, the individual people have to wake up and correct their political status records and actively choose and assert their birthright as state nationals---and put it on the public land jurisdiction record. 

Second, they must get together with others who have "returned" and hold organizational meetings and public elections to set up their county and state jural assemblies. These are the bodies that give rise to our American Common Law land jurisdiction courts.  Jural societies give rise to the international sea jurisdiction courts and admiralty courts-- so it is important that people know the difference between "jural assemblies" and "jural societies".  The assemblies are the missing piece that has to be restored at the county and state levels. 

Once these body politics are properly formed by eligible electors they can as a statewide assembly elect both Continental Congress members and Senators. 

The Senators act as Fiduciaries responsible and accountable to the state level assemblies and if they fail to meet the Prudent Man Standard they can be summarily removed and prosecuted for any dishonesty or Bad Faith in office. 

Now-- I think we all know what I have outlined requires a lot of work and organization and learning process and paperwork that has not had a chance to go on yet, and that most people are still in the dark. 

As a result it is my confirmed opinion that anything going on in Pennsylvania is at most a meeting of concerned Americans acting as a Security Committee and not as a "Congress"  of any kind, because the learning, doing, organizing, recording, and electing takes time.

Concertgoer Jonathan Smith was at the Route 91 Harvest country music festival in Las Vegas on Oct. 1 when the horrific shooting began.

After helping his own family get out of the line-of-fire, he ran straight into danger to help strangers escape, risking his own life. Smith helped save the lives of at least 30 people, CNN reported.  During his efforts to save others, Smith was hit in the neck and the arm by stray bullets. 

In an interview with Erin Burnett on CNN, Smith recounted that nightmare of an evening. After Burnett repeatedly praised Smith for his extraordinary bravery, he insisted he was not a hero but simply did what anyone would’ve done in a similar position.

After speaking with Smith about all the lives he saved, Burnett surprised Smith with a special guest — the man who saved his life.

It was Las Vegas police officer Tom McGrath. When Smith heard McGrath’s name, he was overcome with emotion and began to weep.  McGrath told Burnettt that Smith’s actions were “extraordinary.”

 
Choking back tears, Smith said he didn’t know what to say when he heard McGrath’s voice, adding that he owed the officer his life.  Smith said McGrath never left his side and even put his finger in the wound to help stop the bleeding.  “Officer McGrath — who I now consider as a brother … It didn’t matter what race I was, it doesn’t matter what race anybody was at that time — all we see was a human life.”

The bond these two men shared is exactly what race relations would look like in America if Democrats weren’t using every opportunity available to drive a wedge between races. 

We’re Americans — and we’re all human beings created by God. That’s what matters and what we should all focus on — not race-baiting identity politics.

What an amazing story that shines a light of hope for our country. On the night of the Las Vegas shooting, the color of people’s skin did not matter — and that’s the way things always should be.

Sounds to me like someone utilized the guns issue to advance political gun control causes, which smacks of internal conspiracy, prior motivation and an attempt to hide Islamic extremists being used to further such causes.

 

It is obvious why any aggressor would want to take away our 2nd Amendment rights of self defense.  During Obama's term in office I found this news link:  China Demands US Citizens Be Disarmed.  And we know from ex-Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld's prior alert (09-14-08, entitled "My, What Venom the Dragon Doth Spew") that Chi Haotian, China's Defense Minister, admitted in a briefing to his military leadership on 10-31-05, that the Chinese military has secret plans to invade the US (although presently pretending to be peaceful business partners).

 

Sure, the average person doesn't need a modified gun (like Paddock used) in peace time.  However, if we were ever invaded by China -- who would overwhelm us in an invasion based on the sheer number of their soldiers

-- such a modified weapon would prove helpful.  

 

Last but not least, it is most interesting that the head of Japan's military forces in WWII admitted afterwards that he decided against invading the US mainland because he knew our citizens were well armed.

Selling What Isn't Theirs

On top of all the other odd news I am in receipt of, there are people going around trying to sell (with a straight face) -- "Water Districts".

They think that because they bought the "Water District" from some one or another of the bankrupt levels of a fraudulently operated governmental services corporation that they now own the water in say, part of California. Or Nebraska. Or North Dakota.

And having been honestly deluded themselves, they are now wandering around trying to sell Water Districts to investors.

Hello?

Trying to sell a Water District is like trying to sell The Big Rock Candy Mountain. Or Dog Patch, USA. Or any other totally made-up mental construct.

A "Water District" doesn't actually exist.

It's only an "administrative service area" created by a bankrupt corporation and has nothing whatsoever to do with actual water, which belongs absolutely and irrevocably to the people of the actual state.

Which brings up the fact that none of the wildlife refuges, ranges, game management areas, parks, monuments, or other "federal lands" in the western states and elsewhere are federal lands in fact. They are areas under "federal management".

Read that -- these corporations have had the job held in trust to manage--- take care of and protect--- our lands. They are filling in the function of the King's Gamekeepers, and the people of each actual state are the "kings" in this country.

All the "federal government" has or has ever had is a "proprietary interest"--- a caretaker's interest.

That is what is so absurd and wrong-headed about the STATE OF OREGON or STATE OF NEVADA bringing suit against the Hammonds or the Bundys or any other American.

The Bundys own Nevada. They are the landlords.

So, their state, Nevada, contracts for care-taking services from the State of Nevada and the State of Nevada contracts for care-taking services from the STATE OF NEVADA, and somehow in the mix, the STATE OF NEVADA thinks it has a mandate allowing it to protect the State of Nevada against its employers---- say what?

Read that---- both the State of Nevada and the STATE OF NEVADA are acting against the Nevada State and people, under the pretense of working for them. They are attacking their employers because they don't know who they work for.

It's like the landlord getting shot by a lackey he hired to guard his property.

Go figure. We've got crooks working for us. Or fools. Or both.

This is only made possible via the mammoth administrative fraud we have detailed ---- all based on identity theft and merely "presumed" political statuses and deliberately falsified public records.

We bet that the moment that the Bundys accept the Oath of Office of Ms. Navarro and give her Notice of Liability and Harm and demand civilian due process----not "martial" law due process--- she will go flying off that bench like a squirrel caught in church during the Hallelujah Chorus.

Turns out, not only can you not own or control our water by buying a "management service area" defined by a defunct federal care-taking agency franchise, you can't own or control us by buying a state of state, either.

Buyers beware.

These guys rooked us out of quadrillions of dollars and set us up to take the blame for all their bad behavior. They won't blink as they try to sell you made up names and hokum as assets.

Thought for the day---- don't take any wooden nickels, and pass on the "water districts", too.

suffering Fools But Not Gladly

I am a Christian and a great believer in letting people confess their sins and make amends and go forward on a new path.  That is what Pope Benedict did and my faith REQUIRES me to honor his action in this regard.

I have no evidence that he was not kept completely in the dark about the nature of the fraud and I have ample evidence that once he knew, he tried to correct it.

Many of the idiots who mistake me and misrepresent me as a "Vatican Sympathizer" are apparently too stupid to grasp the simple fact that I accused the Pope of great evil and did it to his face.

Not only that, I took his Cardinals to task, also. Maybe some of these same Know It All's should read my Letter to Cardinal George to get a flavor of it.

I can assure you that Martin Luther was more polite and diplomatic. I simply placed the blame for this horrific mismanagement and criminality on their shoulders and at their feet.

And upon their confession and attempts to make amends the second part of my obligation as a Christian kicks in. So long as they forswear their sin and try their best to correct this Mess I am obligated by my Lord to forgive and support them in it.

The only question everyone should be asking is where Pope Francis stands?

He has made some good moves, but fallen far short of taking the broad spectrum reform and reorganization efforts that Benedict XVI embraced.

Indeed, most of his work appears to be damage control for the Church to clean up its internal rot and public image-- and has not focused on the role of the Pontiff so much, which is central to the effort to deal with the World Debt and clean up the courts and make the kinds of changes that will fundamentally improve life on this planet for Christians and everyone else.

I do not suffer fools gladly and I can assure you that those who misrepresent me as a "Vatican Agent" are either (1) working for the Cabal and trying to discredit me by association or (2) truly are fools who haven't bothered to read what I have written.

JUST TELL HIM THE TRUTH

 

In dealing with North Korea, it might help to just tell him (President Trump) the truth. This would also give him a face saving position.

Let him know that the reason we have invaded a number of  countries in the past including Syria is that they possess Star Gates. We had reason to believe they would be used by unfriendly aliens from other worlds. These countries would not give us full control and that was absolutely necessary as those countries didn't have the weapons systems to hold their own against them.

In the future we expect a war with these alien beings and we will need all the fire power the world can muster but it will be much better if we control the Star Gates. They would then be limited to space ships which will be a battle separate from the Star Gates. That is what our Star Wars systems are all about, advanced weapons system to protect the planet.

With our alien back engineered weapons that are so very destructive, we could hold our own.

We have no interest in North Korea as you (North Korea) have no Star Gates.

Maybe we should talk about a treaty with North Korea and the US and finalize our previous war. If we had wanted to attack you (North Korea), we would have done so within the past over 60 years since we fought in the fifties.

It might also help if China and Russia both would confirm the information above to North Korea in knowing that Russia is in battles now with the small Greys in Siberia that has advanced weapons being used on both sides.

The Truth at Last -- A Message to General Dunford

Instead of restoring and recognizing the actual civil government owed to this country after the so-called Civil War (which was never declared and never ended by a peace treaty and therefore just an illegal commercial mercenary action on our shores)  the generals (Grant, Sherman, et alia.) took over, conveniently pretending that the Municipal Government of Washington, DC, was the civil government they were answerable to under the actual Constitution.  (It wasn't.)

This set up the "US Congress" --- operating as the Board of Directors of a commercial corporation and as the plenary oligarchs in charge of the Municipality of Washington, DC, as the rulers of their own little kingdom --- the Municipal United States.   You know this organization as the STATES OF STATES, like the STATE OF OREGON  and STATE OF NEVADA that have viciously prosecuted the Bundys, the Hammonds, and others.  

And it also left the Generals --- operating as the Board of Directors of another corporation -- as the military dictators in charge of the Territorial United States. This originally meant the District of Columbia and the Insular States like Guam and Puerto Rico and American Samoa.....but they quickly established "State of State" franchises --- which they called "States in the Territorial System".  Fake States.   

According to all these criminals, it left us, the actual states and people as "occupied territory"--- albeit, "occupied" by our own goddamned traitorous "representatives" and military officers, using our resources including our sons and daughters as fodder in foreign for-profit commercial "wars". 

I can only guess how disgusted the veterans reading this will be when they understand how grossly they and their families have been betrayed and dis-served by this coalition of criminal self-interest between the military leaders and the politicians.  

And how all the Beltway Scum are still screwing around at this late date, dementedly trying to make this gigantic 150 year-old Cluster F continue to function----as if that were desirable for anyone in their right mind on this planet.  

Now, the Municipal United States is in Chapter 7 liquidation and is going away.  By next June, the planners say that the STATES OF STATES will disappear and be replaced by the United Nations version of this same crappola: THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA with its "STATES" ----- OREGON, IDAHO, and so on, just more "franchises" of the "UN Corporation"---- a nice, Nazi-sympathizer organization started during World War II in Vichy France.  

And where does this leave Donald J. Trump, the CEO of this outgoing Municipal Government organization?  Out of a job.  Unless he wakes up, re-instates his own birthright political status, and accepts our Bond and enters into The Office of the President of the United States of America--- and helps restore the actual land jurisdiction government owed to the people of this country. 

And, the Territorial United States corporations are in Chapter 11, Reorganization, hence all the rumors that General Dunford will be taking over as "President" of "the Republic" (Inc.)

We are sorry, but pardon us,---- the military leaders are now up against it to answer for their despicable behavior over the course of the last 150 years. 

We are the actual, factual Civil Government owed to this country--- the lawful owners of the international land jurisdiction of the organic states.  And we are telling the military to stand down.  We are declaring the peace after 150 years of this criminality. 

The United States Civil Flag, not the war flag, needs to be flying over the Capitol Dome.  And that's the fact of the matter.  We are not at war.  We haven't been at war since 1865.  

And everything else that has gone on under color of law and darkness and deceit is just nothing but crime and fraud, embezzlement, betrayal, and gross negligence and dereliction of duty.   You all need to back off and back up and turn 180 degrees around.  

We are also informing the military Top Brass that far from being broke, the American states and people are the richest -- by far -- of all the people on Earth, and the Paramount Security Interest Holders and Priority Creditors of every Territorial and Municipal Government and every corporation formed under the auspices of these governments worldwide. 

We own all the debt, all the assets, all the profits.  Worldwide. 

Dunford---- you think you need to borrow money from banks and foreign corporations and foreign governments?   That you have to borrow money from FRANCE???  

But wait a minute --- we own their debt.  We own FRANCE, INC.  and France, Inc., and guess what?  The Bank of France, too.  They are the ones in hock to us.  

Wake up, you great lantern-jawed lug! 

The banks are just Secondary Creditors pretending to "represent" us!  

We, the American states and people, are the creditors.  We are not "a" bank, we are "the" bank.  

And, once and for all,  we are not "occupied" by you, you are under contract to serve us.  Got that? 

Get your rump back in gear and moving in the right direction or we will happily invite the entire world to show up for a housecleaning party and provide the beer and pretzels for our guests.  

We don't want to hear you misrepresenting any filthy foreign incorporated entity as a "Republic" of anything but maybe the "Republic of Bull".  

We don't want any rumors of "Martial Law" because we have already been illegally and immorally subjected to "martial law" for 150 years and we are goddamned sick of it.  

Let us remind you of the Marine Code of Conduct which begins with this salutary bit of information: "I am an American."  

Not a "U.S. citzen" not a "Citizen of the United States" and certainly not a "citizen of the United Nations" either----- an American. 

We are all Americans.  First, last, and in between.  It is high holy time that you and the rest of the men sitting as Joint Chiefs started acting like it and cleaned up this whole mess---- the "UN" and the "US", too. 

One final note --- the Republics, all fifty of them -- are still here.  We didn't go anyplace.  We've just been commandeered and enslaved and betrayed by you Pinheads.  So do your duty.

Now that you know what it is.  

Help restore the actual American Government of the people, by the people and for the people, to full and proper operation as it is supposed to operate, and put this ugly history of criminality and fraud behind us.  

And if you need money to do it, you now know who is able and willing to pay your salaries, and your retirements, if and only if, you get your heads screwed on and come home and do the right thing by the American states and people and declare our peace to the rest of the world.  

The proof of what has gone on here, and what has to stop, is self-evident from the history and the presumptions and the behaviors of the courts and the verbiage being used and also from your own Field Manuals.  Take a gander at the first few sections of the 27-5 FM----and don't even try to deny it.  You and your buddies are caught in utter disgrace and must make prompt correction.

1. MILITARY GOVERNMENT-CIVIL AFFAIRS. , a. Military Government. The term “military government” is used in this manual to describe the supreme authority exercised by an armed force over the lands, property, and the inhabitants of enemy territory, or allied or domestic territory recovered from enemy occupation, or from rebels treated as belligerents. It is exercised when an armed force has occupied such territory, whether by force or by agreement, and has substituted its authority for that of the sovereign or a previous government. Sovereignty is not transferred by reason of occupation, but the right of control passes to the occupying force, limited only by international law and custom. The theater commander bears full responsibility for military government. He is usually designated as military governor, but may delegate both his authority and title to a subordinate commander. 

b. Occupied Territory. The term “occupied territory” is used to mean any area in which military government is exercised by an armed force. It does not include territory in which an armed force is located but has not assumed supreme authority. 

c. Civil Affairs. The term “civil affairs” is used to describe the activities of the government of the occupied area and of the inhabitants of such an area except those of an organized military character. “Civil affairs control” describes the supervision of the activities of civilians by an armed force, by military government, or otherwise. The term “civil affairs officers” designates the military officers, who, under the military governor, are engaged in the control of civilians.
