A Rebuttal to All Attempts to Disavow the Ratification of The Titles of Nobility and Honour Thirteenth Article of Amendment To The Constitution For The United States Of America
Well into the Second Session of the Eleventh Congress, Senator Philip Reed of Maryland issued the first version of a proposed amendment to the Constitution: known now as the Titles Of Nobility Amendment (or TONA). The first version was read to Senators on January 18th of 1810.[1] A revised version was read to the Senate on January 29th. And on February 13th of 1810, the TONA was recommitted to a select committee consisting of Senators Reed, William Branch Giles, Michael Leib, William H. Crawford and Timothy Pickering, for further consideration.[2] In its final form[3], and as sent to the Legislatures of the seventeen States for ratification, it reads:
Amendment Article XIII
“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any Emperor, King, Prince, or foreign Power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”
Writing about this Amendment in the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal [Vol. 8:577 1999], Jol. A. Silversmith attempts to discredit the assertion that the ratification process for this article of amendment to the Constitution for the United States — which was first rediscovered in a book of State law for Maine [4] by David Dodge and Tom Dunn and made public knowledge again — was lawfully completed. The Rockland County Health Department in the State of New York has notified schools that students who are not vaccinated for measles cannot attend school for 21 days, due to a “measles outbreak” where 33 cases have allegedly been confirmed in the county.
This directive includes those who have legal vaccine exemptions for either medical or religious reasons.
Here is a letter sent from one school that was posted on the National Vaccine Information Center’s Facebook Page:
Parents and members of the community are, of course, outraged at this tyrannical action being conducted by the Health Department, which is run by unelected medical professionals and administers “free” MMR vaccines purchased by the CDC (with U.S. taxpayer funds).
The Facts About the Measles Vaccine the Corporate “Mainstream” Media Refuses to Cover
When these “outbreaks” of measles occur, and action is taken to target those who are not vaccinated, many facts are left out in educating the public regarding the truth about measles and the measles vaccine.
So here are the facts about measles and the measles vaccine, all of which are easily verified by anyone with an Internet connection.
1. There is NO measles vaccine.
The only vaccine available for the measles is a 3-combo vaccine, MMR, which includes vaccines for mumps, measles, and rubella.
To get vaccinated for the measles, one must also be vaccinated for the mumps and for rubella.
2. Merck, the Manufacturer of the MMR Vaccine, is Being Sued in Court for FRAUD
In spite of the fact that U.S. law prohibits any U.S. citizen from suing a drug manufacturer for damages caused by vaccines, Merck is facing at least two lawsuits in court right now regarding the development and approval of two of their vaccines.
In a lawsuit against Merck that was originally filed in 2010, and continues to this day, Stephen Krahling and Joan Wlochowski, former Merck virologists, claim that they “witnessed firsthand the improper testing and data falsification in which Merck engaged to artificially inflate the (MMR) vaccine’s efficacy findings.”
The former Merck scientists claim that Merck’s faulty MMR vaccine has caused the United States to pay “hundreds of millions of dollars for a vaccine that does not provide adequate immunization.”
“As the largest single purchaser of childhood vaccines (accounting for more than 50 percent of all vaccine purchases), the United States is by far the largest financial victim of Merck’s fraud,” according to the 2010 False Claims Act complaint.
“But the ultimate victims here are the millions of children who every year are being injected with a mumps vaccine that is not providing them with an adequate level of protection.
And while this is a disease that, according to the Centers for Disease Control (‘CDC’), was supposed to be eradicated by now, the failure in Merck’s vaccine has allowed this disease to linger, with significant outbreaks continuing to occur.” (Source.)
Merck has tried, unsuccessfully, to end this case for almost eight years now, in an attempt to hide it from the American public.
The other lawsuit currently being litigated against Merck is for the Gardasil vaccine. The family of a 16-year-old girl, Jennifer Robi, who was injured by the Gardasil vaccine and awarded $38,365.08 in damages by the U.S. Vaccine Court for Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), filed a lawsuit on July 27, 2016, against Merck in the Superior Court of The State of California, Los Angeles County.
The complaint charged them with:

2. Negligent Misrepresentation
3. Defective Product – Inadequate warnings & information
4. Medical Malpractice
5. Medical Battery

While there has been controversy for years regarding the allegation that the MMR vaccine causes autism, there is no doubt that many have linked the vaccine to causing autism.
Since the passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act in 1986, which basically gave legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies for any injuries caused by vaccines, any injuries due to vaccines have to be litigated in the U.S. Vaccine Court, called the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP).
The Vaccine Court is funded by a tax assessed to the sale of vaccines.
There was one big problem in the early days of the NVICP: too many people were filing claims for autism, mainly for the MMR vaccine.
In what was called the Omnibus Autism Proceedings, the U.S. Government chose their own “Special Masters” to try a few of these cases that were allegedly representative of all the autism MMR claims, and determined that the MMR vaccine does not cause autism.
As a result, one cannot sue for autism damages due to vaccines.

In addition to the alleged fraud with the Omnibus proceedings, the U.S. funded research supposedly showing that the MMR vaccine does not cause autism has also been revealed as fraudulent.
In 2014, Dr. William Thompson, a CDC scientist that was a co-author on a previous study alleging that the MMR vaccine did not cause autism, became a whistleblower and revealed that key data linking the vaccine to autism among certain segments of the population (African American boys) was omitted.

Of course, the people have their own government, like any other
Territorial State of the Union, but in point of fact, we bought the
Philippine Island land mass from Spain in exactly the same way that we
bought the Louisiana Purchase.
And as long as we, The United States of America [Unincorporated] are
the lawful government of the Sovereign States and People operating in
international jurisdiction, we might as well also inform the
world-at-large that we own virtually all the Territorial and Municipal
Governments on Earth, whether they are bankrupt or not --- and we hold
them as their Priority Creditor.
As you think about this a little further, you will see that because we
own the Territorial and Municipal Government Corporations we also own
all the C-Corps, S-Corps, Foundations, Cooperatives, Trusts, LLC's,
PC's, etc., that have been chartered and registered under these
Territorial and Municipal business structures.

San Francisco Voted to Allow Water to Flow into Ocean, in
the Name of Environmentalism, Instead of
Sending it to Farmers to Spite President Trump
California: The Bay Delta Plan that would require the rivers
in the San Joaquin watershed to maintain 40% of unimpeded flow into the ocean
from February to June, more than twice the current amount of water, which would
decrease the amount of water to farmers.
The city of San Francisco voted for the Bay Delta Plan to spite
President Trump as he threatened to sue if it was implemented, as it would
interfere with the operation of key reservoirs owned by the federal government
in the San Joaquin Valley. If this plan
is implemented, it will drive up water rates as the city is compelled to seek
out new, pricey supplies, such as desalination.
Update: Surprisingly, San Francisco Mayor London Breed sided
with conservatives and vetoed the Supervisors’ unanimous vote for water

Jewish Law Professor Accuses ADL of Fudging Statistics To
Make Anti-Semitism Appear More Prevalent Than It Really Is
Jonathan Greenblatt of the Jewish Anti-Defamation League
(ADL) said that anti-Semitism, including “wild anti-Semitic conspiracy theories
about Jewish financiers like George Soros manipulating world events,” must be
censored and stopped. He said there has been a 57% increase in harassment,
vandalism, and violence in 2017.
In response, professor David Bernstein, at the George Mason
University School of Law, wrote that the ADL’s study is false. He cites
numerous flaws in the study, including the fact that it included 193 incidents
of bomb threats to Jewish institutions that were not motivated by anti-Semitism
at all but just the opposite. They were discovered to have been committed by an
18-year old Jewish boy who, apparently, was bent on creating sympathy for the

Last week, Fox News banned Chris Farrell, who is the
director of investigations and research for Judicial Watch after he claimed on
the Lou Dobb’s Show that the “Soros-occupied State Department” was funding the

New York: Synagogue Vandal with Hateful Message Has Been
Identified. He Is a Black Leftist, Not a White Supremacist.
Days after the synagogue shooting in Pittsburgh, a synagogue
in Brooklyn was the site of vandalism with messages written with a black marker
that read, “Die Jew rats. We are here,” “Jews better be ready,” and
“Hitler.” Immediately, the media blamed
this on white supremacy. However,
surveillance video shows a young black man scrawling the messages. He has been
identified as James Polite, 26 who, according to his known leftist political
activities, may be a former Obama volunteer. A local TV station reported that
Polite could be behind a series of fires at other shuls and yeshivas in the
