The United States of America has Presidents who's three functions are:
1. Insuring the Laws chosen by the Sovereign People in the Republic States are not misused or used to abuse the Sovereign People.
2. To entertain Leaders from other Nations,
3. Enter into treaties international agreements other than treaties, which shall be signed on American Soil, which shall be not be in conflict with the Constitution of the united States or with malicious, deceptive intent to overthrow the Sovereign Xth Amendment Governments of the states of the Union, which then, upon such time shall be approved by the Congress and Senate.
There has never been a Constitutional i.e., Lawful allowance of a President of the united States issuing an Executive Order to give himself the unbridled Powers of a King such as Executive Order 12333 of president Ronald Reagan which set the agencies and offices of the US Federal Government at variance with the Sovereign Republics by allowing federal agencies to be directed to commit OVERT ACTIVITIES i.e., Organized Criminal Activities here-to-fore only known to be conducted by the MOBS in Chicago, Detroit, New York, Las Vegas etc.
