The Ministry of Finance in London says Scotland exposed to possible crisis because the financial sector is more than economic.
An independent Scotland would have too much financial sector and this is likely to expose the crisis through what now passes Cyprus, said on Sunday the British Ministry of Finance.
On the eve of the independence referendum, which is scheduled for the 2014th the British government evaluates the impact on Scottish independence, which has 5 million inhabitants. The Ministry of Finance in London argues that without the British regulatory framework in Scotland exposed to possible crisis because the financial sector far exceeds the economic.
"An independent Scotland would have a very large banking sector in relation to the size of the economy - the banking assets of more than 1250 per cent of Scottish GDP - which made the economy vulnerable," says the parts of the report released by the British Ministry. The full report should be published on Monday.
Scottish National Party (SNP), which advocates independence for Scotland, rejected the allegations in the report and said that it will publish its own report Tuesday that show the benefits of separation from Great Britain.
"An independent Scotland will be economically successful, it will be explained next week, a tale from the Ministry of Finance can not hide the truth," said the Scottish Minister of Finance John Swinney of the SNP.
Independence Day
Scottish Government is convinced that the citizens in a referendum vote on independence and has already announced a program of transition to independent status and determine the Independence Day.
The referendum is scheduled for autumn 2014th year.
Scottish Parliament has not found a bill for a plebiscite. This will be done in March of this year.
Authors plan independence starts from the fact that the Scottish sovereign nations "appear" in March 2016th year.
Independence Day will most likely be the 25th March. That day, 1707th year, after the union with England, was dissolved Scottish Parliament.

And Great Britain has City of London that makes how much fold of British GDP?
(US not included in this context because, with 911, they are broke for 12 years)

That is a quiz question. Winner gets 0 $.
