| Cop Shoots Unarmed Man 11 Times. RIP Ernesto Duenez Jr - Graphic Video It looks like the cops were sent to wait until this guy showed up, then get him dead. The knife the officer mentioned would hardly have been a threat to an officer out at curb-side when he shot the guy getting out of passenger side. So why did it take eleven rounds? Answer, it appears he was sent to bring the guy back in a body bag. Did you notice how many times the cop continued shooting the victim after he was already down? Sue them in federal court, and include the State as a Plaintiff when you sue them.
