FRANK26:  There are MANY things for tomorrows date and pensions are one of them.

Normally in the past years Iraq has pd these but the more they delay on such matters it causes us to suspect they want to introduce a new rate.  KTFA, Frank

I remember a few years ago you said that they wouldn't pass the Tariff Law until they had a rate. It looks like they might pass it this coming week......maybe

FRANK26:  There are MANY signs. The acts of their movements......... Proceeding ......... Are all in a Stealth way IMO. Their quality is characteristic of being furtive for an RI/RV.
