[Jester] Coffeeone i would not say that... it is a two part thing... explanation that we do not have two currencies - when the rv   occurs the currency we have will be backed by the yellow shiny stuff... what happens after that could be an issue - so invest wisely in several things to minimize exposure to any one - get professional advice on that...

[Jester] beudful1 that is pretty convoluted.. my advice is to make your appointment... and here is where you need to listen a minute... follow the directions... you may only have a certain time to make said appointment... and they are not going to drag this group rate out for months.. you will NOT get more than one appointment...

You buy and sell currencies as commodities. they are not publicly traded like stocks or have the liquidity features of mutual funds. Currencies are not traded on open markets like stocks.

[drl] Jester Chinese 101: WF is gooing to pay as a multiple of street rate because they want the dinar in their coffers to use as oil credits because they have no oil. They can't purchase dinar in the open market because all countries are limited to the quanity that they can purchase and therefore are willing to pay a pemimn for our dinar!
