dying whistle blower says, "UFOs exist," should we believe him?

Allegedly 'anonymous' (I'm sure his family/friends/colleagues know him) whistle blower claims Dwight D. Eisenhower was going to INVADE Area 51 with the First Army (out of Colorado, at the time).
This whistle blower's dying, so should we believe him where other whistle blowers like Bob Lazar are pilloried in the mainstream/alternative press?

I don't know if you notice but...most whistle blowers are on their way to die...they just don't know it yet..what I mean is.. have you notice how this individuals have a tendency to get some form of terminal cancer? or are murdered by suicide? Chavez had an interview before he died and mentioned how curious it was that him and several others opposing the USA in some form or another all got cancer, convenient isn't?
