How is it that Obama is the ONLY person in the USA that could run for President if only one of their parents is a US citizen?
In 2012 I heard of a couple persons wanting to run for president that had only one parent as a US citizen, yet it came down to the US Supreme Court decision in the 1800's that ruled that person out, but Obama was EXEMPT!!!
