because of
"Presumption" that ALL Sales will be "Corporate-Lender
FINANCED",- and
thus a "Lien" will need to be Recorded against that Car-DEED (MSO),-
and
THEREFORE, the CORPORATE STATE (through its D.M.V.) must "Hold In
Trust"
ALL car/truck MSO documents. (to protect potential Lien-Claim-Rights).
This Mandate is Inserted into ALL New Car/Truck Sales Companies'
"Dealership License" Agreement/Application(s).- UNKNOWN to
most
"Buyers". This is done by the 'COMMUNIST LAWYERS'
("International
Banker's" Agents) behind ALL CORPORATIONS.
To Regain your "Private Property Car/truck" MSO (Evidence of
OWNERSHIP
(Interest) "Document-of-Title");
Follow these Steps;
1. Request ("IN WRITING") of the (FIRST-Sale) State's DMV
(which "Holds"
the Original MSO), -
Is there any "Lien" of Record" against that MSO ? (or
automobile MSO)?
2. If they respond "No", (If "Yes", Pay it!- or
'Discharge' that "Claim
of Debt" via Howard's "ASSIGNMENT-OF-PARTIAL-INTEREST").
3. AFTER obtaining the "WRITTEN" 'Admission' ('Excuse'
for Previously
"Holding") from DMV, that there "is No" Lien of Record, -
4. Send "DELIVERY CONFIRMATION" a polite 'WRITTEN Request'
that, - Since
there "Is No" Lien of Record, they 'NOW' Return
the/your
(private-property) MSO to you. (If car is "No Longer" in your
possession
(sold?) makes "NO Matter". Did you get "Just Compensation"?
and
Consent/Agree to it? or NOT)?
5. If they Refuse, Serve them with Howard Griswold's "OFFER TO LICENSE
Government to "Use" your 'Private Property' " (Offer to
Contract)
CERTIFIED MAIL (or "DELIVERY CONFIRMATION").
Allow them 30 Days to Return your private-property MSO document, or the
"OFFER to Contract" is deemed "Accepted" by them (DMV,
and/or "STATE OF
_____(name)_____"). The "Contract" EXISTS, and They
OWE you the Stated
amount (of Money), per Agreement/ 'Contract'. You can (then)/now

You cannot claim the MSO. It is not YOURS to claim. You people really need to stop following all the PAYtriot BS and do some research! Just go walk into ANY government building or any court room and look at the FLAGS they have displayed. Those Flags clearly define their status of the jurisdiction they are operating under, which is MILITARY! Those Flags are MILITARY Flags showing they are under jurisdiction of the Military operating under Military rule. This is HOW all private property is able to be SEIZED! It is in accord with their rules of war on land via General Orders 100 and in accord with international law via the 1907 Hague Convention.
The MSO and the CERTIFICATE of Title issued by the STATE is not even in YOUR Name! Nothing is in YOUR Name! EVERYTHING is the Name of the Title, Name held by the STATE via the ORIGINAL birth record that created the TITLE/NAME you USE. EVERYTHING you do in that Title/Name AUTOMATICALLY vests in the STATE because the STATE holds the original Title/Name you are USING for everything to conduct any commerce with. Hence, ALL PROPERTY is in the STATE and YOU only get USE of the property!
When you eventually comprehend this you will be able to SEE the whole picture and you would NEVER want to change it because the fact everything is in the STATE is what provides you with your real freedom exempting you from ANY liability for ANYTHING that is done in that Name you USE. ALL liability is on the STATE as the holder of that Title/Name!
