It comes down to legalities that the good guys go by.
Obama CAN NOT be Impeached as he is NOT a Constitutional President.
Obama CAN NOT be Impeached as he is President of THE UNITED STATES, INC. and the good guys CAN NOT REMOVE a president of a corporation as only the board members, stock holders, can.
The Republic does not exist as the Act of 1871 still appears to be set to keep the US Corporation intact.
