Very interesting footage from 1938 (Filmed in 1937 and released in 1938) which seems to show a woman holding an unknown device to her ear. Its quite obvious she is talking into it, only question is what is it and who is she talking too? Footage credit to Petr Richter.

a more plausible observation would be is it must be a tri-coder, there were no cell towers in the thirties; no tower-no connection
You can clearly see that she is holding onto her hat, which is about to slide off.
This is all she is doing.
The fact that a number of people think she is doing something else is a sign of how desperate our situation has become.
Playing at presumptions like this is not going to solve our problems.
We must think clearly and act bravely.
stop it at 1:25. All fingers open, nothing in her hand. No phone, no device. She is simply holding onto to her hat.
Our problems are only going to get worse if we are already this delusional.
