Since Leo Donofrio filed the first eligibility challenge back in late 2008, the in-your-face Marxist, Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama, along with his America hating militant comrades, have been systematically destroying this republic. The gutless cowards in the U.S. Congress -- including the ones who have retired, i.e., Jim DeMint and Ron Paul -- ALL know full well Soetoro was and is forever constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of president.
They've all received comprehensive, detailed packages with enough evidence - not speculation - to convene a grand jury ten times over. No they wont because they can't. He's not an imposter. What part of: "He doesn't need to be born in America to be president of the UNITED STATES, Inc. do you not understand?" He's just the president of a corporation, so get over it ans get a life.

Since when can ANY president of ANY organization ANYWHERE on Earth commit FRAUD, FORGERY, and TREASON and get by with it legally? There is an old quote from Alexander Pope (I think!) that says, "A little learning is a dangerous thing." You are the personification of his quote! The mere fact that Obama has been pushed off as president of the Republic instead of the faux corporation set up by scoundrels, thieves, treasonists, et al is of no difference, although that in itself is misrepresentation or fraud and grounds for imprisonment. Of course then there are the fake birth certificateS (plural), his fraudulent selective service card, the stolen identity on his soc. security card number in use, the fact that he is NOT EVEN A CITIZEN SINCE HIS INDONESIAN SCHOOL RECORD SHOWS HIS CITIZENSHIP AS AN INDONESIAN, his membership in a communist party and on and on and on.
No wonder this nation is on the verge of collapse...economically, morally and militarily!

Nothings going to happen. The Alabama Supreme Court is made up of BAR attorneys. Obama is here to stay and ain't nothing you can do about it. Hell, he's been is office over 5 years now and plenty of evidence has been presented yet he's still around. Orly Taitz and Sheriff Arpaio can't do shit either.

seeing they have the proof that the original 13 amendment was infact ratifed with the 3/4 states cant they use the the original 13th ammendment to remove the lawyers and bankers from office and congress
Until the American people stop paying IRS taxes we will not have a president that is a president of the U.S. Corporation, so you get a life. We are part of the U.S. of America with a constitution that each president takes an oath to follow. Obama has no loyalty to this country and that is why he has no respect for our laws. He will get the death penalty along with any other principals in the Obama usurpation. The American people and the world will be dancing and celebrating in the streets when that day comes.
