In 1973 a Senate Committee reported on the permanent state of national emergency that has been ongoing since 1933. During a Presidentially declared state of war or emergency, the President assumes dictatorial powers to establish new federal agencies with special statutory authority. This issue was thoroughly investigated and reported on in Senate Report 93-549. He has known for decades that none of the federal 'agencies' have Constitutional authority, including the Justice Department, the Department of Homeland Security and the TSA. Alfred (like Judge Napolitano) is intentionally deceiving the public to cover up the fact that we lost our Constitutional government during the FDR administration, just after the Rothschild banking cartel bankrupted our federal government. We cannot solve any of the problems that face us unless we understand what they are. All attorneys (including Alfred Webre) know that statutes, rules and regulations ARE NOT LAWS!
