of the COURTS: All office-holders use “Trust” against the “People”: Trustees
Have No STANDING TO SUE!
TRUSTEE defined: estates. A trustee is one to whom an
estate has been conveyed in trust. 2. The trust estate is not subject to the
specialty or judgment debts of the trustee, to the dower of his wife, or the
curtesy of the husband of a female trustee. 3. With respect to the duties of
trustees, it is held, in conformity to the old law of uses, that pernancy of
the profits, execution of estates, and defense of the land, are the three great
properties of a trust, so that the courts of chancery will compel trustees, 1.
To permit the cestui que trust to receive the rents and profits of the land. 2.
To execute such conveyances, in accordance with the provisions of the trust, as
the cestui que trust shall direct. 3. To defend the title of the land in any
court of law or equity. Cruise, Dig. tit. 12, c. 4, s.
4. 4. It has been judiciously remarked by Mr. Justice Story, 2 Eq. Jur. Sec.
1267, that in a great variety of cases, it is not easy to say what the duty of
a trustee is; and that therefore, it often becomes indispensable for him,
before he acts, to seek, the aid and direction of a court of equity. Fonb. Eq.

Fiduciary Capacity defined: One is
said to act in a "fiduciary capacity" or to receive money or contract
a debt in a "fiduciary capacity," when the business which he
transacts, or the money or property which he handles, is not his own or for his
own benefit, but for the benefit of another person, as to whom he stands in a
relation implying and necessitating great confidence and trust on the one part
and a high degree of good faith on the other part. The term is not restricted
to technical or express trusts, but includes also such offices or relations as
those of an attorney at law, a guardian, executor, or broker, a director

Fiduciary Bond defined: Type
of surety bond required by court to be filed by trustees, administrators,
executors, guardians, and conservators to insure proper performance of their

Fiduciary Duty defined: A duty to
act for someone else’s benefit, while subordinating one’s personal interests to
that of the other person. It is the highest standard of duty implied by law (e.g., trustee, guardian).
* All BAR attorneys are
“prohibited” from representing the “People”; can only represent government
office-holders and employees “within” their own corporations, defined pursuant
to BAR Charter.
* Any Judge that prohibits you
from representing yourself or hiring a counsel other than a BAR attorney, is in
fact, committing a felony on the bench in violation of the Taft-Hartly Act
(running a closed union shop) and the Smith Act “Acting As Agents of Foreign
Principal” (overthrow of Constitutional form of government).
* Anytime a BAR attorney
represents “someone” in a case against you, you have proof that person is
“incompetent; a ward of the state, with no standing to sue.”
* Any and all tax collectors,
police officers, sheriffs departments, DOT, tag agencies, BAR attorneys,
Judges, Highway Patrol, “appearing as elected officials,” are just “private
contractors,” who can now be brought up on fraud charges for “impersonating a
public official while receiving federal funding.”
STANDING TO BE SUED defined:
capacity of a person or sovereign to be a party defendant in an action. a state
as sovereign has no capacity to be sued except in cases in which it has
consented to suit. Black's Law Dictionary Sixth Edition (page 1405)
Corporations have no sovereignty.

They are NOT trustees of the people! They are trustees for the STATE!
Their law does not say they are trustees of the PEOPLE. Their law says they as "public" officials are trustees of the "public"
People mistaken this word "public" to mean themselves as the people. The word "public" as used in their law has no meaning pertaining to people.
In their law the State means the same thing as, the nation, the commonwealth OR the PUBLIC!

In search for a verbal expression of that ENTITY which has been variously phrased as the "state", the nation, the commonwealth, or the public, the first mentioned term was slow in coming into general use.
The State is just an artificial entity, as is the nation, the commonwealth or the public where all these words are interchangeable meaning the same as the State!
They are STATE [public] officials and trustees for the State [public], not the people!
They have a sworn oath and duty to the State, not YOU the private people!
They owe their allegiance to the State, not YOU the private man.
They have a sworn duty to protect the State and all its property. Not YOU or your real property!
There is no fraud on any court. The only one trying to fraud anything is YOU! It is YOU committing the fraud by trying to CLAIM property of the State! They as trustees are merely protecting that State property that they owe allegiance to and have a sworn duty to protect!
YOU are the one CLAIMING that Name you USE and/or any artificial property registered to that Name you USE as your property! This is where they get the jurisdiction over YOU the man because YOU the man are making FALSE CLAIMS to the State's property!
Stop making CLAIMS to property that belongs to the State and YOU the man can NEVER be held liable for anything nor can YOU the man ever be held before their courts! It is as simple as that!
They are not the problem. YOU are the problem because YOU fail to know THYSELF and believe yourself to be an artificial person by claiming that fictitious Name you think is you or your property! It is property of the State! Not your property!
Distance yourself from the STATE. Hand back your ID Cards, security cards, passports, licenses and birth certificates. Close all bank accounts and hand back your credit cards. Cancel all registrations. Dare to be a real and free human being. That should stop anybody from complaining about anything related to the corporations, banks and governments. Until then remain guilty of the intolerable situation on planet earth.
