WORLD GLOBE SETTLEMENT This is the overall “umbrella” term given to the events we hope, pray and believe are transpiring today. Some folks only focus on the ONE part which directly impacts them as Dinar holders – the Global Currency Revaluation.  All of you should know Atty. Al Hodges’ name, for Recaps posted Atty. Al Hodges’ Christmas message to CMKX shareholders and to Dinar holders as well.  

Many years ago Attorney Hodges provided CMKX shareholders information about the TIERS involved in the WGS payment process and where CMKX shareholders rank within these tiers. This is how and when so many CMKX shareholders became involved with Dinar and other currencies as well.  I believe this information from Atty. Al Hodges, along with my expanded explanations, will help Dinar holders understand what has actually been transpiring when some Dinar Gurus claim that "Elites" been paid.   

TIER 1 – GOVERNMENTS 

The governments are provided funds from St. Germain Trust. (Google it.) 

These funds are to be used to settle/pay war debts – dating all the way back to the French Revolution! Some of the wealthier countries will be asked to forgive some debts owed to them.  This way every country has a clean slate for war related debts.

TIER 2 – HUMANITARIAN PROGRAMS / AIDE

This is where the Chinese Dragon’s funds come into play.  These funds will help eliminate “third world” poverty status. Africa will see water wells drilled, irrigation systems installed for crop production and then livestock to help feed their people grains, meat, milk and honey. Asian countries, India, Philippines, Haiti, etc. will all receive help with establishing new ventures and rebuild their countries without the interference of local country political greed.

Here in the USA, we will finally see the benefits of the Reagan-Mitterrand-Wanta fund. (Google this too.)  Pres. Reagan wanted the money to benefit the US citizens, but sadly too many politicians since have thought they should get a hefty chuck of this money, so Leo Wanta has paid a high price for many years to ensure all of us benefit from this.  You really need to read about him, for he is a true hero.  The R-M-W fund, along with the war debts repaid by other governments, will pay off the US national debt.  This is why there is so much talk about the IRS going away and no taxes after the WGS is finished.  (Personally I suspect there will be a sales tax OR State & County/City taxes to pay for roads/bridges, water treatment plants, schools, etc.) 

Recall that Atty. Hodges said in his 12-25-13 message that his adventure & involvement over the years has provided him with new clients.  Well, one of these clients is the paymaster for one of the Humanitarian Programs.  These paymasters are the folks who are the “Elite” and are the ones being called into the banks and getting paid.  They are not elite per today’s social ranking/wealth/political office held – but they are ELITE because they were trustworthy enough to be chosen to have responsibilities for overseeing these huge disbursements that will change the World!  It is these programs that ZAP also talks about. 

TIER 3 – GLOBAL CURRENCY REVALUATION

This is the tier we stay focused on, only because most don’t know about the other tiers. Yes, it has been planned that all countries’ currency will be valued based upon their assets.  Physical assets and ability to make future profits – agriculture production, forestry, fishing, oil extraction & refinement, etc.  This means the more jobs a country can create to produce tangible goods – the higher the currency value.  

Technology will be valued based upon what it can do to make life better – health research, clean air and water research, reversing the damages done by GMO and chemtrails, etc. USA has become a service industry dependent country for too long, while restaurant and motel workers, military, nurses, recreation/sports, etc. are vital parts of our society, we need jobs that result in tangible goods and researchers that advances our country in positive ways vs. just changes in the size of an I-Pad. 

TIER 4 – PROSPERITY PROGRAM(S) PAYMENTS

I only know about some of the USA Prosperity Programs, but I know the new client Atty. Al Hodges mentioned on 12-25-13 is involved with UK payments too, so I suspect there are Prosperity Programs in many countries – where citizens will be paid for the wrongs the governments have imposed upon them over the many years.  I hope that Germany has set aside funds for the families of the Jews who were killed or imprisoned during WWII.  

I hope that Vietnam and S. Korea also have funds set aside for their citizens too.  Black Farmers will be paid for discrimination the USDA did back in the 1960’s and 1970’s.  Farm Claims – farmers will be paid who lost their land during the Midwest Farm Crisis back in the 1980’s.  I have heard about Omega and Savage, but don’t know the details. 

This is the level or “TIER” where CMKX will finally see our trust funds paid to us for illegal brokerage activity. Yes, CMKX shareholders have also been told that the US Gov’t holds a boatload of Dinar.  It is the revaluation of the Dinar that will replenish the Trust Fund of brokerage penalties that was established for CMKX and other shareholders’ to compensate for massive illegal Wall Street activities.  

But Obama “borrowed” from our trust fund held by the SEC to provide the Economic Incentive Programs he did early in his 1ST term.  It is the Dinar revaluation to replenish the Trust Funds that connects CMKX to IQD and why so many CMKX shareholders have become dinar holders as well.  CMKX trust funds and payment of these funds was never intended to be tied to the WGSs or GCR, but O changed that when he used our funds.  ------

I sincerely hope this helps to calm the stress that ELITES are receiving funds. 

Reno WAS only 1 of the locations where the paymasters were to be located. I’m not certain how one person heard about that particular location and then so many others ran with it.  Look into Reno – it is not a major banking hub, so no one was supposed to suspect massive money transfers were to occur there.  Not any longer, thanks to the Gurus!  

But REMEMBER THIS – ELITE payments mean that Currency Revaluation is the NEXT tier!
