Also, those that Refuse to sign up for Obamacare the IRS HAS the Authority to issue a Notice of Levy to collect those Taxes that Are Mandated, but THE UNITED STATES, INC. is your employer so they should pay the fees!

Correction, when you file for the year 2013, and you should try for the last 3 years top get a FULL Refund!
Also try to CLAIM EXEMPT on your W-4 and state to your employer that Your Real employer is THE UNITED STATES, INC. per IRC Section 6331(a)!

WRONG! It does not say nor make YOU employees of the United States, Inc. It merely shows that it ONLY APPLIES to those that are employees of the United States,Inc.
Also, none of the US Code has been enacted because the Senate never passed it back in 1925 to enact any of the US Code. It was only passed by Congress and signed by the President making all of US Code merely ADMINISTRATIVE where it only applies to government, its officials and employees.
NONE of the entire US Code applies to the private sector. But the US Code is "prima facia" evidence of law and MUST be rebutted! If they attempt to cite any title of the US Code and charge you a private man with it, they YOU MUST rebut that or otherwise it stands AS IF it were law.
Also, it is not YOU that is listed as the employee or the name on any tax forms. It is that Name you USE that is listed and that Name you USE is property of the State and because that Name is property of the State, it is that Name itself that is the US citizen and taxpayer employee. Only the EXECUTOR OR TRUSTEE must file any tax return for that Name and pay the tax owed by it from its ESTATE!
Are YOU the executor or trustee for that artificial ESTATE? No! YOU are not. It is not your property, you did not create it, you do not hold the original TITLE to it, which is the original Certificate of Live Birth. The State holds that original title and it is State property!
So stop acting AS IF you are the executor/trustee for it and forward everything to a public official who IS the trustee for it! Let the real trustee do his job he is required by their law to do!

I did file an about 80 page Lawsuit back in 2008 against my employer and the IRS as Co-defendants after the IRS Issued a Notice of Levy on me to my employer, but my employer ignored Section 6331(a)!
The Judge at my hearing threw out the IRS as defendant and basically ignored ALL the codes and court decisions I specified, so he ruled against me.
I know about the ZERO Return as I learned about it from Irwin Schiff, yet he has been in Jail since 2006 as the FEDS wanted to SHUT HIM UP!
I also have the 2 volume book set from Bill Benson 'The Law That Never Was' yet the FEDS want to ignore that too.
I was also Terminated by an employer, just before the 90 days were up on their determination, as I claimed EXEMPT, but they would NOT allow that.
Yet before that I was a Correctional Officer that did claim EXEMPT, and I was called into the Warden's office to discuss it as they thought I committed a crime, but they allowed me to do so as I showed them the correct codes!
Maybe you haven't heard that some people are NOT being treated even in the ER till they are confirmed that they are on Obamacare when they have other insurance.
