Maybe in the next couple years they will mandate you to hand over your bank account info, and if you refuse then they have a right to arrest you as you are hiding possible illegal activity.
But that is for a Search warrant from a Judge and NOT from the local police for when they have NOT seen you commit any criminal activity.
Your father just passed away and left you with $150,000 and that is sitting in your bank account, yet according to the Government you have stolen that or were involved in drug smuggling, yet the CIA and the US Military does it every day.
