News 5 Guardians (CO): HOA bylaws cast doubt on legitimacy

This is happening in locales across the country, but if no one with the authority, accountability and whose job it is to investigate and prosecute the perpetrators will, what good are our laws and our systems of justice for innocent people?  I believe they are being made homeless because some, so inclined, will break any law, file any knowingly false charge, accuse innocent homeowners of anything they can make up (created conflict), for money, even if it is extortion in the way of fabricated, unjustified "collection costs," or liens and property!  This homeowner abuse and fraud closure needs to stop now, in my opinion, no matter the locale and the innocent victims need to be rectified.

From George Staropoli:

The homeowners association that recently foreclosed on a family in Peyton may be operating in violation of state law. The News 5 Guardians sorted through the HOA bylaws, as well as property and court records and found multiple violations. See my comment.
