CIA is operating out of a top secret installation in tunnels underneath Wash., D.C. Some sources claim that the CIA is involved in a secret plan to establish a one-world government. The installation is referred to as NOD. This secret organization is tied into the highest levels of the NSA or National Security Agency. The NSA which is headquartered outside of Wash., D.C. is filled with the latest technology and it's annual budget exceeds that of our space program. The NSA has also orbited ELNIT (electronic intelligence) satellites equipped with delicate sensoring devices which can instantly detect electromagnetic disturbances on the earth's surface. Other satellites carry infrared detection devices, and still others are designed to eavesdrop on all forms of communications.
