Oh he's got it and has offered to use his technology, but the dark cabal is not interested.
This is all fear mongering as most of these type of articles are. They have been coming up with things like this for years. If you can't see that you really are not awake. If you notice all these articles follow a trend. An example is the recent "Comet ison" scare and countless others that really have come and gone and nothing ever comes true. This is how they keep people in fear and they need to do that to control us. And especially in the western countries. We definitely are being played, guaranteed. But I'll bet that if 90% of peoples in the US alone stopped paying their taxes and refused to be part of their banks and healthcare systems and looked for alternative options, they would definitely notice and they themselves would be in fear. That's what they are afraid of, us being awake. That's why they keep trying vaccinate people to death so that we don't "wake" up.
