WORTHINGHAM IS OFFERING THEM THAT THE RV IS SCHEDULED FOR TODAY AND WANT TO BE PART OF HIS GROUP DEAL, AND HIS CHURCH GETS BACK A 5% KICKBACK AND HE SENT AN EMAIL IF THEY WANT TO BE PART OF THE DEAL,  NAME, ZIP CODE, AND AMT. OF DINAR, AND HE WORKED OUT A DEAL, AND CALL AN 800# AND SOMEONE AT WF WILL PAY THEM $38 AND THEN HE ASKS FOR 5% TO GO TO THE CHURCH - IS THAT A REAL DEAL

DC- DON'T KNOW ON THAT ONE, IN TERMS OF 38, HAVEN'T HEARD THAT EVER, PROMISES, CAUTIOUS OF IT, WHAT PREVENTS YOU TO GIVE 5-10% TO A CHURCH ANYWAY

T- WHEN THEY SEND EMAILS TO TNT MEMBERS AND DONT' THINK I WONT' SAY ANYTHING, THEY ARE WRONG, YOU SHOULDN'T TARGET THEM AS CHRISTIANS AND TELL THEM TO GIVE 5% TO THE CHURCH, AND EMAIL PPL , WOULDN'T GIVE THEM MY NAME OR EMAIL AND TELL THEM YOU HAVE THIS MUCH DINAR,  THE GOV. Ppl send me the countries that ppl cashed out, Dubai, Jordan, and, now they can't 

dc- so lets address my personal friends that have cashed out and the odd position it puts others in, on the 17th - bottom line, they had basically the IMF accepted the UST and shocked the UST and they didn't think they'd do it, threatened it for so long and many ME  countries accepted it - and called 2 friends in Jordan and Dubai and hey grab a mil. dinar and see if you can cash in and frankly that simple and straightforward and no problem and they walked into a HSBC in Jordan and said hey here's my dinar and they said OK, its 3.44 and 1.1/2 percent fee, and it was a 5 min. process and left w/ over 3 mil in his bank account -a non event - the morn. of the 18th

and my friend in Dubai, went to the Air Arabic Bank and cashed out and got a higher rate w/ a higher fee and it was a non event, and 3 plus million bucks in his bank account and that's it - then we had others and I asked him to go back from time to time and they said THEY CANT DO IT NOW, ITS PENDING, so one day it is, and one day it isn't -- then on the 31st, the friend in Jordan went again and it was clear right then, he had no more dinar - but he did it on the 31st in Aman Jordan, and other folks said they can't - in Hong Kong in HSBC said we are good at 3.44 and there are some restrictions, but normal banking and then last night came back and said they can't.

So my point in bringing up the details is that its a confusing dang mess right now, and its not straightforward.  Sure there is other info that we are not aware of, but it pops up on a daily basis, and some time its admin. hold, sometimes it free/clear and the next day its back to the other, its a mess and those that trade in dinar is causing fits.  If i was an exporter, there is a tremendous problem, don't know what rates to use.  They keep trying to turn it on, then turn it off, and the UST is in the thick of the mud, and being a pain in the ass and maybe trying to cover something up and causing a great deal of confusion to everyone.

t- lets talk about the countries that tried to let the rate go, and they determined the best was thru the system that was set up

dc- the explanation was that because some are on and off, we'll start over and blank the whole world and turn it all one and then go, therefore all the countries agreed since it was evening and not doing biz, and this solves the problem and took the whole world down to nothing, not just 1166, but deleted the IQN and VNN and did it on Thurs. and on Sat. and last night and on admin. hold right now

t- to understand the process -part of the whole - 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor and then not the 10th, sky is blue, sky is pink

t- lower denoms are out, and we always requested it, ppl on the boards that say no - that nothing changed in Iraq and they talked to ppl there

dc- we'll get pics of ld's and verify, but I have thick skin, and T does a great thing - don't just listen to him - but I'll ask my folks to send me pictures and send them on to Tony - the fills are so upside down - ppl will take them to a metal guy - they are equivalent to our penny - and so therefore - minuscule amt. of econ. value, the metal in the coin is worth more than the value - and they are out and for some time and we'll get a pic of those

t- today was supposed to be the last day - actually the 1st for the 3 zero notes, and tomorrow the ISX opens and today is a Military holiday and when they open its supposed to be full force

dc- the issue is like our 1000 bill, hard to kill the note w/out causing banana republic issues, so merchants wouldn't accept the 25K dinar note, but the real question is it truly invalidated, in the US there aren't' that many of them but you can still use them -( he's talking about the 1K notes here )

t- what about the 1K and the 10K, do you need permission from the gov. to use them?

dc- more like heirlooms, but sitting in a sock drawer, lol - it would send flags if I went to the 7/11 and used a 1K bill to put gas in the car… but its still valid

t- if I went to a local bank - it would be - just wait - got some guys to talk to you - it would be issues w/ me…lol

t- banks put out there books for the first, we did get from several banks that they wouldn't accept them… here is the bigger thing, what is going on w/ the flow of info - is there a change -why would it be?

dc- sure, major, because there isn't that much info, we can tell who is physically where they are working 24 hour op's and there isn't info going back and forth, run tests and cashed in 50K ppl, it works and the guys that did stupid things and there isn't much info, but lots of confirm info and these guys are there and Iraq is still good, as well as, a lot of ppl, but insane - getting security conscious, fix a whole in a boat that already sunk, plug the leaks

t- I try to give you the things we go thru and how the process works and we are the pawns if you play chess, I'm a pawn - it was important to get info out to the ppl - and how to prepare for the future and now we are down to the last little part, and about to cross the finish line and give it to them 30 min. before they go in, and the pieces on the chessboard, its between the King and Queen - and the others that thought they were important are finding out today that they are not

dc- it doesn't affect us and the RV, but we care about it, but not a major concern to anybody

t- bottom line, its not a concern w/ the RV, but us - the last 10 years and the future

dc- the argument is taking a positive directions, could it revert back to yelling and screaming, but they are making progress as of before the call

t- other countries that are upset and other agencies that rep. international communities that are upset and increased the pressure

t- don't know, got it several times last week, can't turn it, but it hasn't gone all the way, again we are saying we will see something tomorrow, or they will change everything, so many deadlines tomorrow, but not saying that we'll see the RV, but…

dc- don't buy any back walls, they are adept at changing the rules, but did so much they can't go back on, and delaying on a daily basis it gets more expensive - when it gets to be so expensive they can't do it anymore and forces the function

c- week and a half ago, in a blast, you talked about the fed res being involved, first time, what part do they play in this

t- they guarantee all the other currencies besides the dinar and the UST and the Fed Res is working in tandem, and supposedly because the treasury releases to the banks - has to go thru the fed

t- that the best I can tell you and they'll be here years to come

t- yep,  and Iraq is not holding up the RV, they did what they were supposed to do--they can't change the CBI site if they wanted to, and they can't - its being held up HERE IN THE USA- the entire global event is being held up here and played chess till the last minute, could it go, yes, and she could let it go tomorrow at 3.44 and all the arrests and all of that, but she loses so much more than she's trying to gain, the humanitarian projects and the rate around the world, not just here, does she do that just to say she can, or on the other hand, but at what price would you pay to do it and this is what we want, and they are not trying to save everyone, but they told them you are gone, too low on the totem pole and can only save x amount of pieces and then we go - that's the bottom line - that's what this hold thing is about

t- nothing to do w/ China or Iraq, but how many pieces to be saved, and the banks got more over the weekend, bigger piece of the pie and they will keep doing it till this issue is solved, and that is what is stopping the RV

c- scary to think that a small group have that much control and in the past we were penalized and reduced our rates

t-never our fault and that was part of the argument, that we wouldn't be penalized for something we can't control and the street rate went higher, some of us won't the contract rate and some won't do the NDA and they raised the street rate

t- for everybody, every time i hear that - that it should have happened ,… from multiple sources - it encourages me - they can't keep doing this and right to the table and the 3 guys in the room and then the ph rings and then 15 min. before, we'll do something else, the directors of these agencies are getting upset, it is something else to upset the bank guys, but totally different when you upset the guys that sit around the table….. t- ppl we are not naming, but would give you confidence, and that we are that much closer and tomorrow is significant in a lot of ways

dc- tomorrow is a threshold day, and hate using back walls, the worst management of time and resources and tmrw is a major change on 6 diff. levels that I'm aware of …..if they blow thru tomorrow its going to be painful and for the folks that are suffering and losing houses Mrs. DC - I told her I'd … a house for some time and she gets upset like everyone else does and she's married to me - 100 texts a day and she knows who I'm talking to,  and at least we have a home and our kids are fine and a lot are not and those grate on me and Tony - especially at the higher levels, screwing one ambassador to another - do we care - no, but what really sucks is the ppl that are losing their houses and that's finally coming up - the nice part is that is coming up and harder to justify delaying it further

c- the worst part is that they hold enough dinar, but if they file bk, the courts would take it, carrot dangled and on the treadmill

c- the reserves - its kind of like the more we go along, the more changes, a lot of ppl have had reserves for a long time, so now we have to play a game and get the market rate to pay off the reserves, is that really the intention

t- trying to hold this off for a long time, this is why they stopped the flow, they didn't want me to do the call today, but Pam was like no, the ppl --- here is the thing - it was for us - but it wasn't for us to become billionaires and trillionaires, but to become millionaires or multi, but not hundred millionaires, so they set up guidelines to make sure that doesn't happen - might not apply to everyone

confusing enough, but ppl over a certain threshold, set certain thresholds to change the game, they won't let you have that much money, and its one thing to have a lottery winner and its one person, not really going to affect things that much, but 5m ppl will, so guidelines put into place - the whole argument w/ the rate, there are 2 many ppl who have dinar over the threshold, a social issue - and the rest of the world is saying that's your problem, or you picked the 50K and want to forget the rest…. and now other countries are looking out for us..
