wants the contract rate and the contract rate should only be for, not judging,
but for sophisticated investors or been here for a period of time and know the
history and do with the money and understand the ramifications of signing
the NDA and fully understand - those other 4.5 m. that haven't
listened and have no clue and try to get that rate and read it - and not
understand what they are doing and have their money taken back for doing
something silly - actually a hindrance to them

the bank if they have a 25K note

the street rate from the VNN to pay off the dinar, will we get the
street rate on all currencies

t- my understanding is that one won't impact the
other, as long as you don't use the contract rate to buy more dinar
to buy more dinar or PAY OFF RESERVES, YOU CAN'T

c- so contract rate on VNN
t- so the contract rare on VNN is 6 and
you won't get that till you go to your appt
and you can't use it to pay off
your reserves
but if you were to go in and get the
street rate
c- so if we use the street rate for
the VNN to pay off the IQN

next week, if you have a way to pay off your reserves, most exchangers
will let you pay off your reserves with a reserve and that's where it gets
bottle necked, but if the UST says 5-7 days at the banks, how can one
location pay all those ppl off the reserves at one time - think about
it - everyone won't get their reserves at one time - be realistic - just not -
no way that everyone will be able to pay off everyones reserves in
5-7 days - just be realistic
t- that's why they need an avenue
for ppl - it will create chaos
