 Do Not Call Banks.

*The RV was complete in country of IRAQ Dec 1, 2013…  the international RV date is Dec 31, 2013…  we DO NOT see it now, but it is THERE.  One day you will see it. There were CONTRACTS in place that would default on Dec 31…  several countries accepted the rate and that allows the contracts to be honored.  But the “official announcement” will not happen for a period of time.  

*The CBI’s of several countries are functioning on the rate of $3.41.  But only business people, and some humanitarian projects, but NOT the public.  The USA allies are NOT taking it live.

*All documents have been signed.  Nothing left to do but “wait.”  There was a “security” issues that caused someone to make a “unwise” decision and “stopped” everything last night.  But that is being fixed, and everything is back in motion.

*It is costing the UST $25 mil PER DAY… for security & staff…  just bringing the people in each day!  The FINES are even more than that!  So they want this DONE!  Really!!???

*The other countries have “agreed” to keep this “off line” until the USA takes it LIVE. Some countries did go live - it actually has complicated things even more - takes multiple hours now for the system to work.

*Even though this is political, it is not being driven by a political agenda.  The Global RV is BIGGER than politics…

*This RV was PLANNED to go Dec 3.  No one EVER dreamed it would have gone into January…  the USA PTB caused this problem.

*The RV is like a baby in the birth canal, you are NOT going to stop it.  The elections in USA or IRAQ have NO influence on the RV.

*This RV was between USA & IRAQ…  but it became a GLOBAL RV…  and the complications have been enormous.

*China does not need money.  They need OIL.  The USA needs MONEY, we have all the oil we need.  China needs OIL & FOOD. So we are “working deals” to get money from China, and give them oil credits. China gives USA citizens money for IQN, and the USA will get the taxes and the economic benefit for money you spend.

*The BOND sales did happen.  Tariff laws did go into effect.  But NOT all ports in Iraq were charging the Tariffs’   

*If you go into the bank WITHOUT an appointment, you will get “street rate” “market rate”…  If you make an appointment, you get “CONTRACT” rate.

*We will be given maximum info when the 800’s come out to help us with CE procedures.  Procedures are changing all the way up to 800 release.

*800’s will gather info from you and they will all be coordinated.  They do NOT want you to make multiple appointments…  They want you to pick a bank and stay with them or take “market rates” in other banks.

*You will be ASSIGNED a bank based on your AMOUNT of currency.  Everyone will get “close too” the same rate.  But the “time” will diminish the rates available quickly.

*You have to CE ALL CURRENCIES at your appointment if you want CONTRACT rate.

*VNN — for example…  HAVE to have a contract to get contract rate.

*You will have to decide BEFORE you go to the bank…  China or USA…  their rate will be displayed with the 800 #s…  Today china is giving $36, USA is giving $32…

*Doing the CE with reserves…  each bank will have procedures for reserves.  But they won’t tell us until the 800’s come out. We don’t KNOW if the RATE will be locked in.

*ANYONE can use the 800 #’s even if they are NOT part of a group or TNT, etc.  There is NO list for us.

*BE PREPARED to “watch your cheese”… someone WILL try to move it!  Make thoughtful decisions…  

*NDA…  you cannot purchase any additional funds, reserves, help others with money to purchase or redeem reserves. You can ONLY use “market rate” funds to redeem reserves.  You cannot use the CONTRACT rate funds to purchase or payoff anything… for anyone…  

*Only the street rate funds can be used to pay off reserves.  Or you use your ‘own” money…  or borrowed money…  as long as it did not come from “contract rate” funds.

*NDA…  there are several versions for different states.  The NDA will ONLY apply to the CONTRACT rate.  The NDA will effect you for 10 years where / how you can invest / move your monies.  So study the NDA after you sign it.

*If you WALK AWAY from an appointment after signing NDA, you CANNOT get the contract rate anywhere else.

*The investigations / arrests for those doing illegal things is on-going!"

*The 30 day clock starts ticking when we get the 800’s.

*There will be changes & complications along the way.  We are working out how to inform you.

*There will be CHANGES…  so be ready. This is fluid…
