According to this video the Cop Marine Does NOT have to Answer to the People on ANY Time Clock, so that is why Veterans ARE A Threat!
If you even raise your voice to a Marine, I thought you could NOT be a Cop and a Marine at the same time, you will be arrested, and 'What Law Is That'?
The Cop Marine CAN put his knee in your Chest for his safety, but if you die it is your fault for NOT breathing properly!

When they were getting the Soldier up the Cop Marine asked the Soldier to 'put out the cigarette liked I told you to,' but I never heard that, so the Cop Marine LIED on Tape!
And they questioned why the Soldier's I.D. was NOT on him as 'That Is The Law,' and then the officers treated him as a Felon!
I would see that the Soldier was to make this video look like is was ALL an act with the breathing problem, if this were ever to go to court, and what I heard is that the Cop had his hand around the Soldier's neck, off camera!
According to the Cop Marine there Are NO Dirty Cops, with his Lieutenant on the phone!
