Hospitalized

John suffered from Congestional heart failure this morning around 5 am EST and had to be taken to the hospital.

He's ok and thanks to some aspirin and other medications he's back to normal but the doctors and nurses are doing some tests and he might stay overnight.

I will update on any other developments that come to fruition.

Anonymous said...: Ok. Want to stop these things? Quit listening to the doctors. Do your own research and you will find that salt isn't the issue. . . they *type* of salt is. And that water, taken in large quantities first thing in the morning, at least 45 minutes before you eat or drink anything else will help a LOT. Cholesterol isn't the enemy they say it is. It is the body's own natural defense against injury (relates to the wrong kind of salt). Don't drink cold beverages with meals, warm or hot beverages are better. The list goes on and on.
If you want to listen to the doctors, ok, but just do your own research and fix it!

I have been in a similar situation, not so much to go to the hospital for heart failure, but that I have been a truck driver with high blood pressure and low magnesium levels to pass out.
So with a Cardiologist to get an Echo Cardiogram I found out I had a heart like a balloon and that was why I got exhausted in less than 5 minutes.
Now taking the Magnesium, and drinking Much tea and Cranberry juices, I NO longer need the Prescriptions as that has lowered my BP as low as 90/50 at times, but normal is 110/70.
The items I eat are much macaroni or rice with vegetables as well as foot long Subway sandwiches.

You might be interested to know that certain mantras in sanskrit will heal just about anything, the most common one is OM its pronounce AUOMN when u chant this it heals on a molecular level using sound and vibration a neurosurgeon proved this several years ago in NYC, any mantra in sanskrit will heal chanting over and over again, try it and see. Some information about magnesium that may help you and others. Western diets are seriously deficient in magnesium, which is an essential mineral that is needed to to avoid heart attacks, stroke and arthritis. Magnesium pumps out the calcium deposits from the soft tissues, avoiding the build up of the calcium that causes these problems. Many diseases are just nutrient deficiency diseases. You cannot get magnesium as a supplement (not in serious amounts, as the law does not allow it - strange that, isn't it?!), so that only way that you can get enough is to have regular baths or footbaths with Epsom salts, which is Magnesium sulphate. Everyone should do this; we do. It will also help you relax at night and can stop 'kicking leg syndrome.'

Buy some Epsom salts (not expensive) and add 3tbs to a warm bowl of water, and soak your feet for 15-20 mins. Do this 3 x a week for six weeks and then continue 2 x a week. This will give you enough magnesium. It is simple, cheap and important.; June 12, 2014 at 8:09 AM
