here we go -- The economist said the appearance of Mohammed Saleh
told the "future" on Sunday (June 8, 2014) that the Central Bank
of Iraq is responsible for the policies of the stability of the exchange rate
of the Iraqi dinar against foreign currencies, the only one who has the
mechanisms and authority for the stability of the exchange rate of the dinar in
Iraq.

[millionday] He The decline in the dollar exchange rate is normal because of the policy currently in auction Central Bank of Iraq and the mechanics of the entry money transfer companies to auction the central bank without the mediation of banks,
where the drop in the price of buying and selling the U.S. dollar and foreign currencies is a positive thing for the policy of national exchange,
trade and good phenomenon the fact that Policy auction sales CBI is still going on despite the fact that government spending is restricted during the current period due to the failure to approve the budget, especially since the central bank sales big and spend liquidity being approach high.
[millionday] note -- these are all the good things happening and also they are saying that everything is in place but the budget and that is what is holding back funds for projects but seems to appear ineffective in what the CBI needs to do for the country

against the backdrop of recent security incidents in Anbar, Mosul and Samarra.
Bayati said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency "The news regarding to this is baseless, on the grounds that the government does not need to impose a state of emergency and martial law in the country because the security forces in Baghdad and its edges are enough to repel any possible attack by terrorists."
pointing out that" the terrorists blow up car bombs and roadside bombs in Baghdad and its edges, and this does not require the imposition of a state of emergency in Baghdad.

[millionday] Bayati added,: "After the fifteenth of this month, we will head to the first session of the new parliament and form a government, after the Federal Court approved the names of the winners of the election."

A well acquainted source informed the National Iraqi News Agency "The House of Representatives will discuss the issue with al-Maliki to declare a state of emergency, and discuss the deterioration of security.
The House of Representatives received today a request from the Council of Ministers and the Presidency of the Republic to declare a state of emergency in the country as a result of the deterioration of security.
