Diddy:We're still waiting for the 800#s and here is why I've heard and believe they arent here.  They are trying to plan out when the best day and way is to roll out the numbers to set the appts so that this goes smoothly.  From what I heard, packets are out and everyone is "silent" because they are pouring over them so they know how to answer questions accurately and what they can and cannot say.

My hunch was that they would release those numbers tomorrow so they could set appts for next week and have Sunday to plan their week.  Having said that, I had also heard that the banks would be open on Sunday and go 24 hrs for 2-3 days.  That came from TNT and DC as a possibility and I do not believe that can happen at all.

From the US stand point this is all about "how do we roll this out under cover and make this go away".  Let me promise you what that does NOT entail...... waiting for a week while it goes live in other countries and pissing 6-7Million people off.  Because we would hear from those in other countries that it is released and raise a crazy commotion.  No, they want to get you your money, get you financially incentivised to shut up and they cant do that if they make you wait a week longer after we know its done.  They cant do that by keeping a bank open 24hrs or on Sunday so that people are asking questions.

They are now trying to communicate the best process to avoid all the land mines that they dont want to blow up in their face.  Their leverage to "screw" with you has minimized greatly when Maliki announced everything because they still need to keep you quiet.  That is the big thing we have on our side which is why I am chilled out as a cucumber right now!
