LCDR Fitzpatrick was falsely
convicted at trial last Tuesday in order to suppress his efforts to expose vile
corruption in McMinn County TN. Fitzpatrick discovered this shocking corruption
of the judicial system when he attempted to present to a grand jury
incontrovertible evidence of the ineligibility of Barack Obama to serve in the
office of president of the United States.

The guy is a dumb ass, like Sheriff Joe. There is no incontrovertible evidence that Obama does not qualify to be president of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. There are no constitutional requirements for anyone to be president of a corporation because the constitution does not apply to the corporation. All the lip service you hear on the lame stream media about the politicians claiming this or that is unconstitutional is just smoke and mirrors to keep the idiot public dumbed down believing that the constitution really does apply to the US government, Inc. If the government becomes a Republic again and not a corporation, then the constitution will apply and the requirement to be an American Citizen, to be president, will apply again but not until we get rid of the corporation.
