Maybe it is time for the People to back up the U.S. Border Patrol with a TORT CLAIM.
Have the Border Patrol, as they are Still Residents of those states, give Notice to California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas that the Governors pass an Executive Order till the Legislatures WILL PASS a Law that; Refugees Will be Held until the processing is done to deport them, file Criminal Charges on those that have committed known crimes, and Supersede ANY Unconstitutional Federal Laws, and then have the People give the Border Patrol an Escort with the Refugees to; Sacramento, Tucson, Santa Fe, and Austin for the Politicians Personally to house the Refugees, and by the way the Bill for this Will Be On A TORT CLAIM!
$100,000 Claim from even 10,000 People for EACH Politician would be $10,000,000 DUE, as well as being out of a job!

U.S. Border Patrol agents threatened to stand down if the Department of Homeland Security executed a plan to use force upon protestors [sic] if they impeded buses transporting undocumented immigrants into the Murrieta processing facility.
“Most of the Border Patrol agents here at this facility are residents of Murrieta, and when they found out that the DHS was going to come in with riot gear, the agents declared that they would not obey any unlawful orders which violate the Constitutional rights of peaceful protestors.” said the informant.

Well they shouldn't obey unlawful orders and neither should our military.
Maybe it will be time for these States to pass Laws that if a President gives Amnesty to Illegal Aliens, as they did NOT go thru the Proper Channels, that those that Committed Crimes in the Past will NOW have their Records Put On File as them being Known Felons to then have them go thru the States' Process, and the 3-Strike Law applies in California, so a 16 year old can get 25 years behind bars for NOW being a U.S. Citizen for being convicted of 3 Crimes.

Yes, you bet! It's time for every citizen to file this "Tort Claim" and it's important for everyone to know that they have been lied to, and that YOU (1 person) with everyone else acknowledging that THEY DO make a difference, and for everyone to take the appropriate action, everyone together and watch mountains move! (It is a fallacy for anyone to believe that they do not make a difference in changing history!!!)
Rod Class has mentioned that We Individually need to file Tort Claims, and he does post his documents, but if we do NOT have it in Writing to the Proper Legal Writing then it will be Denied.
And Rod Does NOT have the time to write these for us, so someone out there needs to put the Proper Documentation out there and where to File it, and NOT just have us do it ourselves and therefore nothing gets done.
I think there needs to be a case that you need to file it on and NOT just file a Tort Claim.
I know the information that Rod brings up, but to write it the Correct way I do NOT know.
