DHS deal? In the event of a shutdown, the vast majority of DHS
employees would stay on the job. DHS Secretary Johnson said earlier this
week that about 30,000 of DHS's approximately 240,000 employees would
be furloughed. The rest would be considered exempt and most would have
to work without pay...

People say they can't pass these large spending bills because the government doesn't have any money. They never have had any money and that hasn't stopped them before. As long as they have a Federal Reserve, that can create funny money out of thin air, they always have plenty of money. All they have to do is say: "Hey FED, how about a few trillion more bucks?"
GOOD! Go ahead and shut them down and fire all of them! Bunch of leaches stealing the taxpayer funds from America to use against America. Let them get a tin cup and sell pencils on the street.
