iPad.Air 2 Vs Samsung Galaxy Tab S2: Samsung’s Tablet To Be Thinner Than Apple’s Tablet......

Samsung Galaxy Tab 1
Samsung is planning to take down the iPad Air 2 with its smaller Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. The new Tab S tablets will come in both 8.0 and 9.7 inch options. These screen size measurements are different from their predecessors, which were offered in 8.4 and 10.5 inch versions. This change has to do with the fact that Samsung wants to use 4:3 aspect ratios for the Tab S2’s displays, just like Apple has on their iPad Air line of tablets.
There will also be another duo of upcoming Samsung tablets with the 4:3 aspect ratios, the Galaxy Tab A and A Plus. Samsung reportedly wants to differentiate itself from Apple when it comes to naming their tablets. However, Samsung is honing in on the 4:3 ratio that’s used on the iPad Air and iPad Air 2.

According to the same rumor, both the Tab S2 8.0 and the Tab S2 9.7 will be thinner than the Apple iPad Air 2. The device’s thickness comes in at 6.1mm, according to GSM Arena. The source also said that the new tablets will also feature metal frames, which will give them more of a superior quality.
The aspect ratios and sizes will bring Samsung into direct competition with the Apple iPad Air models, which are currently available in 7.9 and 9.7 inch sizes. The iPad Air 2 is just 6.1 mm thin, so Samsung is looking to make its tablets even thinner. It’ll be interesting to see what Samsung will come up with in its new Galaxy Tab S2 line.

There hasn’t been any reports as to when Samsung will release the new Galaxy Tab S2. It’s not even known if the Korean giant will reveal them at the Mobile World Congress next month. The company is planning to reveal its new Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge during the March 1 media event, according to TrustedReviews.
There has been plenty of speculation about another iPad Air device: the Apple iPad Air 3/Pro/Plus. The new device called the iPad Air Pro, will have an increased battery size, according to a report on the Inquisitr. Apple fans can expect to see the new iPad release as soon as this spring.
The rumored iPad Air Pro will have a 12.2 or 12.9 inch display, a new resolution boost, and a new A9 or A9X processor. This new iPad will also be thicker than its Air predecessor, and somewhat heavier.

Are you looking forward to the bulkier iPad Air Pro or the thinner Samsung Galaxy Tab S2? Or are you sticking with your regular iPad Air 2
