My two cents:  Always check labels for the seals that state:

Certified Organic   and Certified NON- GMO

If those are NOT on the labels, you are taking health supplements that are GMO's
and non- organic which can also include the fillers and capsule shells.

YOU JUST CAN'T TRUST THESE BIG CORPORATE  STORES !!
