ALERT: This Judge Is Trying to Throw Sheriff Joe in PRISON For What He Did

Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz., is well-known as one of the toughest law enforcement officials in the nation, especially when it comes to enforcing laws against illegal immigration.
The sheriff is even suing the Obama administration over its plans to change immigration law unilaterally, effectively granting a form of amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants, which Sheriff Joe said would make his job much harder.

But it looks like Sheriff Joe may have found himself on the wrong side of the law for a change, as he has admitted to violating a federal court order related to a racial profiling case.
Lawyers for both the sheriff and his top aide have agreed that the two men have committed civil contempt by violating the court order.
They are asking the judge in the case to cancel hearings scheduled for next month that would examine the violations.

According to Newsmax, Sheriff Joe violated a federal court order that prohibited him from stopping and detaining individuals based solely on the suspicion that they are in the country illegally.
The judge expressed concerns about whether or not mere fines will prevent Sheriff Joe from violating the court order again and was reportedly considering a separate contempt case that could result in steeper fines and even a possibility of jail time.
This is simply absurd. The judge’s order was designed in the first place solely to prevent the sheriff from doing his job, which is to protect his community from criminal threats.
Much to the contrary of what we hear from the Obama administration and the mainstream media, the southern border is not secure.
Illegal immigrants continue to flood into the United States every day, accompanied by criminals, cartel and gang members, drug smugglers, human traffickers, weapons dealers and, of course, terrorists.
If law enforcement officials aren’t allowed to detain someone that they suspect of the crime of being in the country illegally, that prevents them from effectively protecting their community, as they must now wait until some additional law has been broken before investigating.
Hopefully, Sheriff Joe will not face a stiff punishment for simply doing his job, despite the ridiculous court order designed to prevent him from doing so.

The sheriff should arrest the judge put together a common law court. Try him for treason and follow the dictates of that court. The sheriff should deputize every male in his county to see to it the federal criminals don't free the judge.
