USA Corporation investors profit from keeping jails filled. Cheney buds handle the &^%$ food services for prisons. Barbra Bush is invested in contractors who build prisons. Privatized US prisons contracts are condtional on prisions maintianing a certain high percentage of occupancy. It is all these folks are the ones who belong in the prisons.
