     I'm sure you know that banks commit a long list of fraud in the HOME LOAN ARENA, however the BANKS are paid several times and then bailed out on securities they never owned.  The B.A.R. association members with and without gavels are ignoring law basics, such as the one who brings the complaint bears the burden of proof. The problem for the people is how can we lawfully and legally influence the courts to look at the facts regarding "currency exchange" Title 12 section 1813 (1)(1) says the Note is a cash item to the bank.  Is there a plan of action which can derail the Judicial Train and bring it back under some kind of "Constitutional or other lawful limitations; in other words what can we do when are rights are deprived by Judges, and other officials under the color of law.

Dear American Patriot, (I Erasmus Of America substituted a pen name for the writer of this letter to me), 

     

     When an army faces you and you are a single armed man to resist them, you know that the odds are greatly against you winning any battle with them. In order to win when the original deck of cards is stacked against you, you have to change the odds so you have a reasonable chance of winning if you commit to battle against them. If you can get enough people to back you so you can create a rival power group to theirs, then you set up a practical battle plan based upon the reality you face so you can win with your group instead of them win with their group. You get intelligence information on how they can fight. Then you use cunning to figure out how you can fight and win against them. If you have a good military mind, then this battle is going to be fought on ground that you can potentially win in. You have corrupt politicians who do not give a "damn" about you, same for judges, and same for the corrupt news media paid to support the other side, not you the American public. Can you win against this? Yes, but you need to organize enough support so you can play power games against them and a smart plan designed to defeat them with what you have to fight with.

      Our high powered weapon for this coming battle for America is our Omni Law shown on our website. It is designed to defeat the other side. Maneuvers that were over the heads of the other side were made so this will have enormous punch to it to pass it when you and we finally commit to battle. We have hidden much of our hand that we can play once we commit to political battle in America. We know where they are weak, but we are not letting them know that we know where they are weak and can be defeated through once we commit to political and legal battle in America. When we commit to battle which we want to do in 2015, if our tactics do their job right, we will have a blitzkrieg in speed and a sledgehammer pounding effect on the other side when we commit to the battle to win America for passage of our Omni Law. We can't let the master strategy made public way in advance. We don't want the other side to try and figure out any defensive strategies to head off our attack before it is too late to stop us. 

     We pass the Omni Law which we should be able to do, it puts ten trustees over Wash., D.C. WITH TOTAL POWERS OF INVESTIGATION AND INDICTMENT OF CRIMINALS IN OUR COURTS, OUR FEDERAL AGENCIES, AND ELSEWHERE. IT SUDDENLY BECOMES SUICIDE FOR THEM TO REMAIN CORRUPT AND  REMAIN DISHONEST IN LAW  IN THE COURTS, ETC. AS THEY KNOW THAT WE CAN LEGALLY HANG OR CRUCIFY THEM UNDER REFORMED NATIONAL LAW IF WE DECIDE TO. WE ALSO WILL HOLD THE POWER OF NATIONAL REFERENDUM TO WIN AUTHORITY FOR ANY POSITION WE WANT TO BE BACKED INTO AUTHORITY BY OUR POWER OF NATIONAL REFERENDUM. AND OUR LEGAL POWERS CAN FORCE THROUGH SHIFTS IN LAWS AND POLICIES VERY FAST THROUGH NATIONAL REFERENDUMS.

      Help us organize support for passage of our Omni Law and this year. Force politicians to commit whether they will support and vote for passage of the Omni Law or not. We pass our Omni Law in 2015 and suddenly you have a level playing field to fight in and courts forced to be honest in law or else we will symbolically "HANG THEM" UNDER ENFORCED TERMS OF LAW. THIS IS HOW YOU WIN. YOUR POWER BASE NOW PASSED INTO LAW WILL BE MORE POWERFUL THAN THE SIDE OF CORRUPTION IN LAW. THEREFORE, YOU CAN NOW WIN INSTEAD OF THEM!
