This Supreme Court case was just decided and is very significant.

Please look at the link below in red to see the details.  But this decision by the Supreme Court will have every  Federal Judge, Prosecutor and selected others charged with Treason against the Constitution and tried in a military court.  Those found guilty will most likely be sentenced to death by either firing squad or hanging.  Read it carefully as the Federal system does not have jurisdiction in the fifty states and all sentences will have to be reversed that were done in any of the fifty states.  This does not mean that individuals who have actually committed a crime where someone was harmed or killed will be set free as those were almost all tried in a State Court.  Over the next several weeks/months you are going to see things you will find unbelievable but never the less true.  I suggest that you think about what you are seeing or hearing very carefully before you say it is  a problem.  For it is all true and you will learn that on Radio and televison soon.

Hi Arnie, I had called you about my foreclosure and a court case being filed in the “fed” district in Houston LAST YEAR. Well, they put in the county records INSIDE a foreclosure sale deed WITHOUT jurisdiction wording, allowing an auction of my property. It’s in appeal now as the justice of the peace ALSO ruled to have the occupants removed and the bank owns the property ALSO NOW IN APPEAL at the same time.
WE’RE still in our home!

Relying on the provisions of the Constitution as ultimate proof, the petition presents incontrovertible evidence that no contemporary federal court has jurisdiction anywhere within the exterior limits of any of the 50 freely associated compact states of the Union.

This means that federal law is enforceable only in the District of Columbia and the Territories—and every United States District Judge in every United States District Court throughout the Union is usurping exercise of jurisdiction in extra-constitutional geographic area and culpable for treason to the Constitution:

“We have no more right to decline the exercise of jurisdiction which is given, than to usurp that which is not given. The one or the other would be treason to the constitution. . . .” Cohens v. Virginia, 19 U.S. 264, 6 Wheat. 265, 5 L.Ed. 257 (1821).
