AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) - A
Dallas-area policeman has been placed on administrative leave after a
video surfaced in social media that showed him throwing a bathing-suit
clad girl to the ground and drawing a gun on another at a pool party
disturbance, officials said on Sunday.
"This video has raised concerns
that are being investigated," the police department in McKinney, a city
about 30 miles north of Dallas, said on Sunday.
The incident occurred on Friday
and raised questions on social media about racial bias in policing since
most of the people targeted by the officer, who appears in the video to
be white, were black teens in a multi-race crowd.
In the video, the officer, who
has not been named, is seen shouting obscenities at the teens and
placing a black youth in handcuffs.
Another officer, who also appears to be white, is seen engaging with some of the teens in a cordial manner.
McKinney Police said officers
were responding to a disturbance reported at a pool that is part of a
residential community and many in the crowd refused to leave.

WHEN I WAS A KID GROWING UP AN AHO LIKE HIM THAT WAS THE SON OF A COP LIKE THIS SON OF A BITCH HIT ME IN THE THIGH WITH HIS FIST AS HARD AS HE COULD....I WAS ON CRUTCHES FOR A WEEK.... I WAITED 2 MONTHS AND CAME UP BEHIND HIM AND TAPED HIM ON HIS BACK WHEN HE TURNED AROUND I IMAGINED HIS LEG A FOOTBALL AND I WAS KICKING A FIELD GOAL..... I SHATTERED HIS FRICKEN LEG AND HE WORE A CAST FOR MONTHS.....THE LITTLE AHO SAID HE WAS GOING TO GET EVEN.....I TOLD HIM NEXT TIME I WILL BRAKE ALL HIS ARMS AND LEGS AT ONCE.... NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH HIM AGAIN......THIS DALLAS COP NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT DOWN SEVERAL NOTCHES IN A LIKE MANNER.....

This little over weight nazi Blue Gang member needs his ass kicked all the way out of state. What a friggin chump corporate nazi bastard. This is what these nazis get away with everyday across this giant slave plantation we call a country. It is a blessing that this little girl is still alive. As a parent and grand parent I don't dare express what the results would be if this were any of my immediate family and I hope the entire hood comes together to see this little piggie fry. You folks come upon a dangerous situation as an enforcer, then you can say who should be detained and what needs to happen here to freeze a potential crime scene. Here you have kids being detained, and Jane girl decides to stroll around b/t the detainees and mouth off when asked to leave... Cops need to be held accountable, but your anecdotal experiences do not always sum it up. Being an armchair quarterback suks for you!

There is always a police sympathizer. It is sickening! Kind of like the fat guy helping to subjugate these innocent kids exerting their rights. Let me tell you something... You are the problem! The protector of the system. They love stooges like you. First. These are minors. Second. Where is their authority? They have no jurisdiction as they are a corporation with no jurisdiction over living flesh and blood men or women. When they are arresting your family member and demanding for them to get their face in the ground or to sit like a dog you just might wake up gate keeper/system protector. The elite just love the slave herders. Wake up and get on the right side and research who has the authority to arrest and beat and subjugate. Hint...very few!
