CA water is being bottle and sold (along with Great Lakes water) by Nestles Co. Their permit in CA expired decades ago and still they go on without arrest or punishment. USA government has doomed this country.
Current dam reserves are low and expect one of the turbines to be shut down within weeks. What this does to electric bills or supply is undetermined.
