In Part 1-3, the Hadron Collider at CERN, and its 'synchronised' junior devices across the planet were discussed. The basic narrative being that this massive device was being used for nefarious purposes to open a worm hole allowing 'Draco' ETs, who have been on earth for thousands of years (Aka Demons) to have massive reinforcements, in a great space war above our heads.
Thus the term Draco. The issue here being that the Draco should not have space flight/or 'gate technology' or even be here. They are not the bad guys here. They are manipulated by an "A-I" Articfical intelliegence, found in the sentient fluid from another location or source in the universe. Found in crude oil, (Falklands War), it is extremnely dangerous substance that pulls down higher conscious beings and makes them into homicidal killers (Nazi Germany)

Opening with the shoot down of the Russian fighter.....
Sgt Daniel Brad MacBolen III continues his witness statements on the Non Human Cyborg Units, and his wide expereince, as a CIA - Draco Humbred. Now wearing Ballistic Body Armour.
Highly detailed documents on on the Medusa 9 and KLT virus innoculations used for the million plus NHCUs in Saturn and wider ares previously released via James Casbolt's handler "Lincoln" are shown here "clean". In 2011 Casbolt's material had fake markings as a plausible denial program. Once again considerable subtle and important details here.
The data in the KLT and Fast Undersea transport docs, where NHCUs were stationed to attack and destroy anything that came through teh Gulf of Aiden sea gate, the numbers and age of teh NHCUs, show over a 1million units at least, and a scale of secret space program and Saturn viruses, at a time when Space Shuttles, B52's and even Vulcan bombers were in active use... shows the scale and difference between the public and secret programs. The first alleged image of an Actual TR3B in flight is shown, and its drive mechanism mentioned. (three 'Bell" drives)

The initial triumph of shutting down the Hardon Collider and over estimating damage was fault itself. The Hadron is still running, the question is why. Use of a 2nd ring for a start.
This, and a great deal more, is discussed with Sgt Daniel MacBolen. Both Dan and Miles suffering from eye issues. Saturn and its moon Memos, the PPAI, and positive solutions to what is now a major threat from the Draco ETs. They are effected by various deceases, and eat what they kill 'on the battle field. In the original crashes in the 1940s, opartiallyb eaten US personnel were found, resulting in the shoot first, and reverse engineer policy.
