Popeye, A few questions I have are: Who was he 9mm handgun registered to that the FBI claims LaVoy had in his "jacket pocket?" Why did the agents/police hiding in the woods behind the ambush scene run out at LaVoy with handguns? If they were there to shoot him, as it appears they were, why not just shoot from a safe distance with rifles? Maybe they did, as it appeared he was hit in the right hip with something. Obviously, they had undercover snitches among the "protesters" at the refuge who gave the FBI the itinerary for the planned trip to John Day, OR. Was Pete Santilli one of them? In the video purported to be from "an airplane", nearly all the information around the edge of the screen was redacted, or blacked out. Why? I don't believe the video was shot from an airplane, but rather, a helicopter. But when? Was it taped later of a re-enactment? As with everything the FBI puts out, there are lots of things that don't add up or make sense. I think when the white pickup stopped in the snow, the agents/police somehow enticed LaVoy to get out, perhaps by threatening to open fire on the truck, thus killing everyone. I think LaVoy got out, with his arms extended to the sides, urging them not to shoot. I've seen two previous videos he made with his arms out to the side to explain a point or to ask a question. I think it was a personal habit. My Dad used to rub his thumb and forefinger together when he was concentrating. Finally, I have no doubt they murdered LaVoy Finicum with premeditation and malice. There was no other reason to kill anyone. None of the protesters had hurt anyone, nor committed any property damage. They were routinely cleaning and maintaining the buildings at the refuge. Also, the spokeswoman for the Paiute tribe claimed they threatened to destroy some of the 4,000 artifacts there. I say that's bullshit. I'm surprised at the indians siding with the government after all the abuse they have suffered over the years. I would have expected them to join the protesters in a heartbeat. What's up with that? Just my own thoughts.
For the purpose of my comments I'm not debating the difference between US Corp vs US of A. I'm looking at this under a controlled circumstance which is the majority of local, county, state, and federal employees and representatives legitimately believe that there is no US Corp and they are working for the legitimate government of the U.S. of A. Much like 99.9% of Americans believe that federal personal income tax is a legitimate mandatory tax.
1. Based on the fact that only a partial video appears to be released by the FBI where, from my understanding, the events at the first of two road blocks are not disclosed, a tactical team emerges from an elevated and covered position flanking the SUV, there was no cell coverage, and no witnesses, this seems to be a well conceived ambush. I don't know the area, but I'd be willing to bet that this was the most direct and possibly only way to travel from Burns to meet with the sheriff from the other county. Meaning that if law enforcement knew Lavoy and Co were headed to meet with the sheriff no one would have had to tip them off. Law enforcement could have been camped out on that road 24 hours prior for all we know with the intent of not moving until the convoy was intercepted.
2. I personally believe Lavoy was murdered, but a legitimate and ethical investigation of the crime scene and an autopsy would answer that. From what I understand this was not in Harney county, but the other county where the group was headed to meet the other sheriff. If that's the case the other sheriff, who appeared to genuinely be sympathetic to the Burns protestors, could investigate the crime scene and bring any charges against any and all guilty parties.
3. In all fairness I think the build up at the court house is in response to what happened to Lavoy. I believe it is in preparation of demonstrations that will surely take place. I don't necessarily believe it is an act of aggression, but a redistribution of assets as a show of force. I think someone higher up the food chain knows what took place was a colossal fa€k up and is preparing for a worse case scenario.
3. Unfortunately the vast majority of Americans are uniformed and lazy so they aren't doing any real due diligence. I think on a subconscious level most people know this was a crime, but due to the misrepresentations by the media in general they are not up in arms over what transpired. In the case of most officer involved shootings that are sensationalized it is done to create division. This case can't be sensationalized because if the truth came out as to what the protesters were trying to accomplish it would be a unifying event.
4. As for the 3%s I think they were probably still at Burns. From the videos I've seen the other militia men that were there were only acting to protect the facility from being overrun, and not as a personal security detail. I didn't hear of the 3%s going into town with Ammon or anyone else in the capacity of personal security. Considering there were still protesters in the refuge when the convoy left, the militia that was present were probably still maintaining watch there. In hindsight they probably should have gone with the convoy, but hindsight is 20/20.
5. I have heard that the FBI is claiming that they thought Lavoy was going for a semi auto hand gun in his pocket (please correct me if I'm wrong). This would lead me to believe that law enforcement is acknowledging he wasn't carrying his revolver. If that's the case I think it's tough to plant a gun on Lavoy. The protesters know they are targeted so they are inevitably more diligent about adhering to rules like having your weapons licensed/registered. That means in order to plant a gun on Lavoy it would require having a gun that they created a paper trail for tying the serial number to Lavoy if there was an investigation. I don't think anyone would have paid that much attention to detail.

6. As for the FBI having no justification, I think it depends where the stop took place. If it was in the other county then the FBI had no jurisdiction. I believe I remember reading the sheriff of that county stated the FBI wasn't welcome. If it happened in Harney county the FBI was welcomed by the county sheriff. In every state I know of the sheriff is the supreme law of the land in his county (remember my opening remarks). The sheriff of Harney could have deputized any and all federal law officers to serve in Harney county. It's the same way the IRS is able to have armed personnel to exercise tax liens. They misrepresent the truth to a local law enforcement department and ask them to join the IRS agents to administer the lien. Thus the wolves are invited in by the land's authorised law enforcement.
Even though I'm heavily biased I think an unbiased approach needs to be applied. Just because one person may be more educated as to the facts that comprise a larger picture (usually the case for people on sites like this that do due diligence) doesn't necessarily mean opposing view points make someone your adversary. In all honesty I think Americans have been duped for so long that the majority of the conflict arising with most governmental agents and officials is a result of ignorance not overt complicity. That doesn't excuse following unlawful orders, but our educational system conditions men and women to follow orders not to be free thinkers.

Well...Setting aside the absolute disdain I have for entities who use force against Americans and whom have ZERO AUTHORITY to be on AMERICAN LAND/TERRITORY let alone kill another American I think that we have to act based on what we know. What do we know?
I have read the same information about the Morman issue. Because it had been a while before I had seen his Pasteur video I did not realize it was Lavoy even after I heard him again In Oregon teaching the dumb dumb media about the constitution. I do believe that if this was a false flag due to the Mormon issue and that they started it way back to Bundy and that was a test or a type of scouting event as to what the reaction would be and how to correct those actions. Then comes Oregon, and NOW Oregon is the real deal as they have shown it by murdering Lavoy. In my opinion Lavoy was murdered. The way to get the true intel are from the people on the ground (the locals) and I have sat and watched live feed of and listened to the people on the ground talking about the Lavoy murder and the build up at the courthouse. They were talking about the crime scene. They said that there was blood in the snow because a wife of this local said that his wife went over the crime scene looking for spent ammo but he said, that she said, that they did a good job of cleaning up the crime scene so I do believe Lavoy was murdered because THEY saw the blood. In my opinion the reporter randomly picked these people out. I also heard that maybe at the first stop that they used rubber bullets when they were shooting so that there was no evidence of spent ammo or of the aggression of the FBI as they were trying to bait Lavoy and company into shooting the fake FBI to have probably cause to wipe them ALL out.
I listened to Shawna Cox who was in the truck. She said, that she believes that Mark McConell set them up because he was only there for a few days and they urged them all to get into the vehicles. So there was a plant and if you watch Mark blame Lavoy for the aggression before any information was out there and he was not in the same car then in my opinion her instincts are true.

We have been informed that many, if not most, of the uniformed men are not even Americans. Some may be French, some Russian and others. It appears they are either hired mercenaries (like ISIS) and/or being supplied by foreign governments in cahoots with the cabal in Wash DC. They have no fear of repercussions for their actions. They are supplied with all American uniforms and equipment. Many cannot speak English, avoiding questions. They are given freedom to do whatever they 'think' is appropriate to Americans. Unless all of America wakes up to the TRUTH of what is happening to our country and all who are making it happen (Congress, bozo and clan, those 'campaigning' for the next make believe 'election', etc.), we are going to lose the country. On top of the foreign mercenaries, there are the idiots commenting that the militia/patriots need to 'go home' and 'get jobs'; also, making all manner of negative comments against the very people devoted to helping us get our country back Judge Anna, etc.). These a-hos will be the very ones who will fire on their patriot freedom fighting Americans - some even may be their fathers or brothers or friends - who are standing for freedom and for returning our nation to the TRUE Republic government instead of the current fraudulent corporation. All America needs to rise up, unite and work together to make our freedom become our priority. This is a nation of hodge podge peoples and philosophies brought in on purpose to divide and conquer the nation for an easy destructive takedown.
