Activist groups in New York City and other major immigration hot spots are holding training sessions to teach illegal immigrants what to do if federal authorities come knocking.

In the sessions non-citizens are being told not to open the door to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials, not to cooperate if taken into custody, and not to sign any documents without consulting with a lawyer. 

Trainings are scheduled for areas like El Paso, Texas and New Mexico in the coming days.

The organizers of these “Know Your Rights” events say it’s important for illegal immigrants to know what they can do to push back against the Trump administration’s attempts to enforce the law. They want to let illegals know that unless the U.S. government can prove that they are here without documentation, they can’t deport them back to their home countries.

At a training session Tuesday in Queens, a little more than two dozen people sat in a room listening to Yaritza Mendez, an outreach coordinator at the pro-immigrant advocacy group Make the Road New York. She spoke about various ways ICE agents can find a person, and what to do if they come knocking.

Even people in the country illegally have constitutional rights, Mendez said, such as not being subjected to unreasonable searches and seizures, not answering questions and not signing any documents without speaking with an attorney.

Hmm, so it seems that if ICE agents are having a difficult time finding illegal immigrants, they could…you know…just show up to one of these events and wait for people to emerge. Get the bus ready!

There’s only so much patience to be had for these activist groups that exist solely to advocate for criminals. Non-citizens. People who flagrantly violated U.S. law and continue to do so every day they remain in the country. 

These are the people these groups have dedicated themselves to protecting. Not American citizens or people who have been victimized by criminal foreigners, but people who are – by definition – not even supposed to be in the United States.

We can admit that there are portions of President Trump’s agenda that are socially controversial, but we are astounded daily that this is one of them. Where is the controversy? Are we a nation of laws or aren’t we? Do we have borders or not? Why is enforcing the law such a dreadful proposition?

We’ll never understand.

The Amendment reads as follows:

" If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honor, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept or retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them or either of them."

Watch them in order for a real shocker. The evidence in the archives has been removed in every state's archive that it was found in. This is a cover up of massive proportions. Why do you suppose it was so important to remove this archived evidence? Those that did this were evidently not counting on ever having to deal with the invention of the Internet.











Draw your own conclusions. If this is true, and I think it is, we have been lied to for over 200 years by the very people this amendment prohibits from holding any office in government in the United States.

Not only that, but they are all in dishonor. Look that up in the law to see what the consequences are for them and for us.

Traitor Paul Ryan sabotages Americans' healthcare revisions

Speaker of the House Paul Ryan has been accused of sabotaging President Donald Trump’s efforts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, and now there’s proof that he doesn’t support the president.

On audio tapes from an October conference call with House Republican leaders, obtained by Breitbart, Ryan can be heard promising that he is completely done with Trump, and will never defend him again.

“I am not going to defend Donald Trump — not now, not in the future,” Ryan can be heard saying.  The traitorous words come at a tense time for the speaker and the president.

Ryan just pushed through the legislation for the 'American Health Care Act', which many Republicans are critical of.

Senator Rand Paul slammed the Speaker, saying Ryan misled Trump in believing repeal and replace in one bill was the most efficient way to pass the legislation, and was manipulating Trump into believing the bill will pass easily through the Senate.

It’s unclear how many Republicans were part of the conference call, if they were aware the call was being recorded, and who actually performed the recording. But the comments are assumed to be accurate, especially due to Ryan’s fulfillment of his promise to abandon his support for the then Republican presidential nominee.

Not only did Ryan not defend Trump over the controversial Access Hollywood tape, he refused to campaign with his party’s candidate for the remainder of his presidential run.

Ryan has remained relatively removed from Trump and his policies, and this latest leaked audio will only increase tensions between the two Republicans, and make compromise, especially on the current healthcare debate, a difficult goal to accomplish.

A shocking video is spreading around the Internet, as the refugee crisis continues to surge with Muslim men flooding into Europe from the Middle East. All caught on camera, a Muslim man wanted to have a little chat with a woman regarding her outfit choice.

When a Muslim man spotted a woman dressed a bit too immodestly in his opinion, he decided to go over and have a little chat with her about it.

Starting out the conversation by saying, “You dress like a whore,” you can probably understand the woman’s initial reaction to argue with the man. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the lighting of the Islamist’s incredibly short and intolerant fuse.

Without a moment’s notice, the Muslim man hauled off and slapped the woman extremely hard, sending her staggering backward in shock and pain. The assault only continued from there, as fellow Muslims could be heard in the background laughing and cheering him on.

As he stepped in for another swing, the woman attempted to defend herself by hitting him with her purse, but it was to no avail. Although he missed with his second blow, he delivered another that would end in her toppling to the ground, presumably unconscious.

A fellow coward could then be seen stepping in to exchange a few words before kicking and stomping on the defenseless woman. What a nice bunch of folks, huh?

This is exactly the problem the world is facing today with the so-called Muslim refugee crisis. Muslims seem to enjoy the luxuries of the West, while they call for the death and destruction of Western nations and hide behind the freedoms their host countries provide.

The thing about Muslims that you have to understand is that they do not assimilate. Islamists don’t adapt to the existing culture of the host country.  They simply try to FORCE citizens to conform to their beliefs or suffer the consequences — just like the woman in this video.

As you may well know, former 'president' Barack Obama has already offered to take in 10,000 (with newest numbers sighting even more) of these “refugees”, with liberals DEMANDING that we take in as many as humanly possible. That number is expected to grow to 100,000 in the coming years.

The behavior seen in this video will soon be taking place on American streets. That’s the problems with liberals – they can’t see past the end of their own noses in terms of consequences when it comes to making such suggestions.

Sunday on CBS’s “Face The Nation,” while discussing the Republicans the repeal and replacement of the Affordable Care Act, Speaker of the House Paul Ryan (R-WI) said that the 2018 midterm elections will be a bloodbath for the GOP if they do not pass the legislation.

When asked if without repeal and replace will 2018 be a bloodbath, Ryan said, “I do believe that if we don’t keep our word to the people who sent us here, yeah.”

Terms and History You Need to Know ---
Abraham Lincoln, a Bar Member, functioned in the office of President of the United States (not the President of the United States of America) from his inauguration in 1861 until his assassination in 1865.
Like Barack Obama, this foreign corporate office is the only one he was eligible to serve as a Bar Member.
Remember that all Bar Members were prohibited from holding public office in our government by the Titles of Nobility Amendment to the original Constitution. They are still precluded from holding any public office in our lawful government. Notice the word "public" in the phrase "public office". Also note the word "lawful".
We have fifty "lawful" land jurisdiction governments--- owed to each of the the united States of America and the undelegated portion of international jurisdiction owed to their union of states known as the united States of America.
We also have a "legal" international jurisdiction government run by the United States, which is also ultimately owed to the united States of America owed under a contract known as The Constitution for the united States of America.
When you become a member of the Bar, you give up your right to hold any public office in the government of the United States of America, but you can hold any private corporate office you like. So, that is what they have done since 1819.
Count how many Bar Members are currently serving in the US Congress?
What does that tell you about how the US Congress is functioning----in what capacity it is functioning? The only capacity it CAN be functioning in is as a foreign corporation. And the only offices that a foreign corporation can have are private offices, not public offices.
This is why "Acts of Congress" are referred to as "Public Policies". They can't produce Public Law while operating this way.
At the end of the illegal mercenary action known as the American Civil "War" the Southern states lay in ruins, subject to the occupying Union Army. The Northern states were in bankruptcy, subject to Trustees---- members of the "Rump Congress"--- acting under the direction of European banking interests.
That's Ground Zero.
The Reconstruction Acts were passed by these members of the "Rump Congress" and they remain substantially in place to this day.
As part of the Reconstruction Acts, quasi-military tribunals were set up throughout ten military districts established in the South. The military commanders in charge of each district were allowed to appoint civilians loyal to the Union to serve as judges.
The lawfully elected Governors and Legislators of the southern states were forcefully removed from office and other appointees were put in their place. These people then functioned as rubber stamps for whatever the Rump Congress wanted. They were known as "carpetbaggers" because they descended hurriedly from the North and commonly carried their essentials in suitcases made from carpet scraps.
They used their positions to steal whatever the war hadn't destroyed.
In the next several years the process of "Reconstruction" overseen by the Holy See resulted in all the states re-writing their state constitutions. The original land jurisdiction states were renamed.
The original State of Wisconsin which was one of the united States of America was renamed the Wisconsin State.
A new corporate franchise doing business as a franchise of the United States, Inc. took over the name "State of Wisconsin".
This corporate franchise joined other such franchises in other states to form a new union calling itself the United States of America.
Please note the use of deceptively similar names throughout and the resulting constructive fraud.
"The Constitution for the united States of America" was left to gather dust and a new "Federal Constitution" was published under the name "The Constitution of the United States of America" in 1868.
This is known as a "succession to contract".
Now, obviously, the "State of Wisconsin" that was part of this new union of states calling itself the United States of America was not the same as the "State of Wisconsin" that entered the union of states calling itself the "united States of America" in 1848.
That original land jurisdiction "State of Wisconsin" was renamed the "Wisconsin State" and so on for all the states and commonwealths.
The new United States, Inc., corporate franchise operating under the name "State of Wisconsin" took over and operated under the so-called Federal Constitution published in 1868--- The Constitution of the United States of America, and nobody was the wiser, because the names "State of Wisconsin" and "State of Wisconsin" were identical.
The rank and file people couldn't tell the difference and weren't made privvy to these deceptive actions resulting in foreign corporate franchises being substituted for their own original state of the union.
It was the first big identity theft.
Then, equally, the rank and file people weren't made aware of the substitution of the "United States of America" for their original union of states known as the "united States of America."
This was the second big identity theft.
Now the foreign bankers that engineered the bankrupcty of the original States of America were in the driver's seat and able to direct their Bankruptcy Trustees --- the Rump Congress-- to do whatever they wanted.
They gutted the Southern States and so began the largely unhindered plundering and pillaging of foreign interests on American soil against the American states and the American people.
From that time on, Congress has functioned in collusion with foreign creditors to pillage and plunder the American states and people.
By the time the Great Depression rolled around, FDR functioning as the President of the United States of America (the one set up in 1868) was ready to kick things up a notch. He decided to bankrupt the United States of America, Inc. and all the "States of States" that had been formed after the Civil War.
The proceedings of the Conference of Governors, March 6, 1933 give full testimony to what the rats did.
FDR bankrupted the United States of America, Inc. and the "Governors"--- the foreign franchise operators--- agreed to "pledge" the "good faith and credit" of their "states" and the "citizens thereof".
Of course, those states were federal corporation franchises and the "citizens thereof" were United States Citizens--- that is, territorial citizens and federal employees.
But that did not stop the vermin from making false claims against the actual land and private property belonging to the Wisconsin State and the American people.
Once again, foreign creditors swept in like clouds of locusts and placed false titles against every scrap of land, every outbuilding and shed in America.
These "titles" are liens.
The innocent living people of Wisconsin and Minnesota were subjected to mortgages owed by the "State of Wisconsin" and "State of Minnesota", for example---- basically being forced to pay back debts they never owed for the benefit of these foreign US "State of State" franchises, which in turn were paying off the debts of the United States of America, Inc.
Because the normal rank and file Americans were never given disclosure about any of this, nobody complained. The debts of the foreign United States, Inc. and its franchises were "assumed" by the actual states now operating as the Wisconsin State, Minnesota State, and so on----and FDR and his cronies who were getting shed of all their debts by palming them off on Mom and Pop weren't about to complain or tell anyone what they had done.
For the next sixty-six years the foreign creditors of the United States of America, Inc. and its foreign "State of State" franchises milked and bilked the actual American States and people, subjecting them to taxes, mortgages, and utility bills they never owed.
Finally, in 1999, the bankruptcy of the United States of America, Inc., settled and all debts were discharged. The battered American States and people should have been released from any further "assumption" of debt, but no.... another fraud game had been set up in the meantime.
FDR sold off the interest in the bankrupt "States of States" to the IMF, and the IMF promptly created its own STATES OF STATES. These foreign municipal "STATES" were run out of the Municipality of Washington, DC under names like "STATE OF NEVADA". And from there, they created--- you guessed it --- another union of states called the UNITED STATES.
And, once again, because the hapless American people weren't given any disclosure of these deals being made "in their behalf" by their supposed "representatives"---- still more corporate debts were assessed against them and "hypothecated" against their credit and against the credit of their actual states.
The United States of America , Inc., by and through its various State of State franchises, claimed to own all the U.S. Citzen franchises named like this: John Michael Doe. He was on the hook to pay off their debts.
The UNITED STATES, INC., by and through its various STATE OF STATE franchises claimed to own all the U.S. CITIZEN franchises named like this: JOHN MICHAEL DOE. He was on the hook to pay off all their debts.
And just recently, UNITED STATES President Barack Obama created a whole other fraud, in which THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC., claims to own all the US CITIZEN franchises named like this:
JOHN M. DOE and has made them responsible to pay the debts of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
And then I said, "Hell, no." (Well, it was actually something a bit more profane that I said.)
And I said it loudly.
And I kept on saying it, until yes, the entire world has heard the word coming down from the Far North.
This crappola is at an end.
There is no "succession to contract" except that claimed by the actual American states and people who are the living heirs of the original equity contract known as The Constitution for the united States of America and the successor contract known as The Constitution of the United States of America, which God knows, we paid for, lock, stock, and barrel.
It is all ours, free and clear, and we are NOT accepting the debts of the UNITED STATES, INC. and its STATE OF STATE franchises, nor are we accepting the debts of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. and its STATE franchises.
Not happening. The jig is up.
We claim it all and we are in fact and in deed, the Priority Creditors of the UNITED STATES, INC., and its franchises and also any other secondaries, derivatives, or successors.
Take YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE with its reference to the "Historic State" and make these vermin aware that its not so "historic"--- that it was bankrupted, but didn't cease to exist any more than you ceased to exist because you were deliberately mischaracterized and misidentified and defrauded by dishonest foreign bankers and treasonous, clueless members of Congress.
And by the way, the bankruptcy of 1933 and its execution by the so-called U.S. Trustees was all fraud, too.
Fraud has no statute of limitations.

Clarification Regarding the Continental Marshals Service

There are a bunch of people who are wildly off-track trying to call their state militias "continental marshals" because they thought it "sounded good".

And they haven't even bothered to correct their political status and re-flag their VESSELS in commerce to be recognized as Americans, so they are doing this as "United States Citizens"---- who aren't allowed to have militias much less continental marshals and have no guarantees under the actual constitution.

I have tried and tried to talk sense into these boneheads and show them what they need to do and how they need to organize to no avail, despite the Public Law and the known history in front of their faces. 

Bruce Doucette and Michael R. Hamilton have been provided with all the information I have given everyone else--- about the need to expatriate, the need to re-flag, the need to establish jural assemblies, and so on. 

They won't listen and they are misleading others, needlessly endangering innocent people. 

As things now stand and until they wake up all the way, they are off in LaLa Land and trotting down the same path as all the other patriots now rotting in federal jails.

The only Continental Marshals who have taken the correct oaths and who are operating in the correct manner and in the right jurisdiction are those under the command of Chief Marshal Tresa Haywood, and they are all members of the Continental Marshals Service. 

Any claims otherwise are incorrect and bound to fail.

Dear Monique--- The Nature of My Work With the Vatican

There are a lot of irresponsible, ignorant, whack-job comments being made by Michael R. Hamilton and others of his ilk trying to paint me as an "agent of the Vatican"---- when I have been one of those on the forefront of exposing the worldwide fraud, demanding an end to it, and bringing Notice and Due Process against the perpetrators. 

This afternoon I got yet another heartfelt--- "I like you, but what are you doing with the Vatican?" note. 

In the first place, it's not "the Vatican" that I have ever been involved with.  My complaints were taken straight to the Pope.  Forget his property management firm.

Here below is my reply---  

Once I realized that there was an immense fraud going on, I tracked it back to corporations, and then realizing that corporations are all created by the Roman Curia it was a no-brainer to track the problem back to the Pope. At the same time, Heather Tucci-Jareff and the Paradigm Project were confirming the same thing--- that virtually all the governments in the world were corporations and they were all tied to and ultimately under the control of the Holy See. 

So a group of Americans took the complaint to Pope Benedict. 

The Pope as Roman Pontiff and leader of the Holy See basically owns and operates all these "governments" and all the sub-corporations of these government corporations worldwide. 

I came to the Pope with the fraud and breach of trust complaint that I have blatted throughout the western world, not because I was Catholic ---I am in fact Lutheran---but because I realized that he was the CEO in charge of the whole mess.  Who else should I talk to but the man in charge? 

He asked me to help give Notice to his subordinates, which is a necessary part of Due Process, so I did.  I acted as a private attorney-- not a member of the Bar, not an office of the Holy See, not an office of the Vatican--- but as Benedict's voice to tell them all to knock it off and make amends. 

Some were so ignorant that they didn't realize who their ultimate CEO was. Others were so crooked and grown so used to getting away with their criminality that they didn't care.  And a very few did know what I was talking about and started taking action to end the fraud against the American people and other people throughout the world.

But you don't have to take my word for this circumstance--- read Heather Tucci-Jareff and the Paradigm Project Report which confirms everything I have told you is true in law,  is also true in fact.  She and her cohorts discovered the same fraud and same facts via a different road---through accounting audits--- and they foreclosed on all the corporations involved, but could not figure out how to move on to liquidation.

So there you have it---- discovery of the fraud, notice of the fraud given to the guilty parties, second notice given to the guilty parties (employees), foreclosure, and now, liquidation.

I and those working with me have also figured out a way to get rid of the worldwide debt and the whole debt-based fiat money system without hurting anyone, so that is what is being used to transform the world and it is not another dirty trick.

The key thing that you and every other American has to realize is that you do have an actual "de jure" government---- it has stood vacant for many years, waiting for you all to "return" but it is still here thanks to our efforts to retain and sustain it and re-assert it.  The way you return is by turning in the US PERSON that was foisted off on you to the Secretary of the Treasury.  This then officially returns you to the land and the freedom and the guarantees that have always rightfully been yours.

I hope that those reading this will get the very simple facts straight--- I complained to the Pope about this ugly circumstance, he agreed that it couldn't go on and asked for help, I took up the job of giving Notice to his corporate subordinates, and have continued on to prosecute the claim against the office of the Roman Pontiff and the Holy See step by step ever afterward.

I am sure that there are numbnutz out there who think that you can solve problems without addressing the people responsible for them, and many others who are still asleep who think that the world begins and ends with their own country and that there is nothing beyond Washington, DC---- but I am burdened with the knowledge that apparently escapes most Americans---that we are just a part of a larger whole and inextricably bound by our common planet to take our place and shoulder our responsibilities and keep watch on the larger sphere of government that is international in nature.

America and Americans are owed treaties, compacts, commercial contracts, and trust relationships that have been violated by fraud and breach of trust. It does no good for us to stand around complaining to each other, when the source of the problem is beyond our shores.  I realized and you should all realize that the battle had to be carried to the Queen and the Pope and the banks and the other governments and the Lord Mayor of London and a great many other parties responsible for this criminality.  The wrong-doing had to be exposed to them and to the entire rest of the world and to all of you, too, otherwise nothing would change for the better. 

In another two years, the de Jure government owed to the united States of America would have been declared defunct, dead, non-existent anymore. 

There would have been no states for you to come home to.  No state session laws to define state offices owed to you.  No constitution. No guarantees. No treaties held by succession.  No international recognition. 

You would have been permanently adrift as slaves owned by the Crown. Look at how they have marked your Birth Certificates with dates and numbers referencing "Historic states".  

Those are your states that were going bye-bye right underneath your noses. 

 And if it were not for people like me, and the Paradigm Project, and many, many, many unsung heroes---- all the ranting soapbox voices who are just discovering that we are owed the Unites States of America Post Offices, would have been S.O.L. with nothing but a "historical state" to call home.

So in your more sober moments, give thanks that I had sense enough to beard the Pope in his Lair and that I was tough enough and brave enough to keep going even when I was all but alone, and that I did speak to the Queen about this and that I did have the brass cajones to address the Lord Mayor and the Joint Chiefs of Staff and literally thousands more lesser dignitaries. 

It's because of me and people like me that you have a country and a future that is brighter day by day.  So listen to an old woman who has earned her stripes.  It's not all that surprising that corporations managed to take over your country. What is amazing is that they did it and nobody paid close enough attention to discern the deceit.  They got away with it for 150 years!

So when I say--- "Wake to Hell up!" --- I mean it literally.  The forces of Hell, of Satan, were at your door, eating you out of house and home, using deceit to defraud you out of your land and your homes and even your children.  These shadowy criminals had grown so fat and bold that they were ready to kill you off by the billions and bring Nazi Germany to life on American soil.

From now on, it is up to all of you to learn how things work and who controls what and raise your own voices and take responsibility for your own political status.  This country and its government is a precious possession.  It is being handed on to you with the understanding that you will respect its past as you bring forth its future.

The Right Way and the Wrong Way

I cannot stress enough the necessity of honoring the government established by the united States of America----on which all guarantees and treaties among nations depend. 

Americans now newly discovering what I have been reporting for years now---about the "corporate takeover" of the 1860's need to stuff their outrage and confusion and listen for the rest of the story. 

The so-called "de jure" government never disappeared.  It went through a succession, but it still exists.  There is still Public Law in effect.  The offices of the de jure government of the United States of America have stood vacant, but they are still here, still have requirements that have to be met.

Any idea that you can throw the baby out with the bathwater need to be stifled right here and right now. 

Each state is supposed to have a "well-regulated militia" and it needs to be called a "militia" and operated as one.  This business of trying to call state militias "continental marshals" is whacko and contrary to the law and treaties and history of this country. 

It is a mistake and it needs to be corrected no matter whose precious little ego is on the line. 

Militias you can have in each state and state jural assemblies can control them, are in fact obligated to do so. 

But Continental Marshals occupy a different international jurisdiction, operate in Postal Districts composed of several states, and are NOT the "same as" state militias no matter who says or thinks otherwise.

By stubbornly trying to maintain the mistake, you endanger yourselves and the entire effort to restore the lawful government owed to the states and the people. Give up this prideful and unnecessary error or you will clearly be operating outside the provisions of the actual Constitution and the still-standing Public Law.

All that then does is provoke an opportunity for the Federales to attack you and promote claims that you are leading an insurrection instead of restoring your lawful government. 

Same way with trying to just wave your hands and say that you are Americans while you are still registered as United States vessels in commerce.  There are many thousands of Americans rotting in federal jails who tried the same thing.
