Health - What Your Doctor Isn't Telling You About Hypertension

What Your Doctor Isn't Telling You About Hypertension

Hi John

It's a common phenomenon that when a large number of people share the same problem, whether physical, mental, social, financial, etc., then it's seen as almost "normal."

And so, when a person has that problem, that person most usually just resigns him or herself to it, accepts the "label" it gives them, and does what everyone else is doing.

High blood pressure is one of those problems.

A person in a white coat tells them they have it, or will have it, so that person does absolutely nothing to change it. They simply take take their medicine.

And hope.

Big Pharma loves this, because it means billions of dollars each and every year in drugs most people don't need.

At all.

And for those whose blood pressure readings are only a little high?

They get assigned a diagnosis too -- They call it "PREhypertension" so that people can start taking their very expensive products before they even get it.

Here's something I bet you didn't know:

9 out of the 11 co-authors of the "prehypertension" blood pressure ranges received speaker's payments from, had research funded from, consulted for, or owned stocks in, a LONG list of drug companies.

You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours.

And unwitting drug takers are paying billions for this sleight of hand magic.

Well, here's the real scoop. High blood pressure is not normal! Not at any age.

And it CAN be kept low very easily without drugs.

Societies all over the world are proof that you can get older, even into your eighties and nineties and have normal blood pressure readings.

Thankfully, more and more forward-thinking doctors are looking at the entire picture and not just a pressure reading before they consider someone a risk for heart disease or stroke (and medicate them).

These doctors look at things like whether a person smokes, their diet and if they exercise.

A great source of information on reducing blood pressure quickly without drugs is well known researcher, Frank Mangano. I recommend to everyone who doesn't exercise much, whose diet consists of stuff from boxes, bags and cans or people who are 15 pounds or more overweight to read the book "The Blood Pressure Miracle." For the next few days, you can get a 21 day free read on it. Check it out here.

But there's another little-known cause of hypertension that's even more obscure... and you can't afford NOT to know about it.

Because chances are good it's going on inside of you this very second...

This little known cause of hypertension is inflammation.

Read on.

Inflammation, cholesterol and hypertension

Inflammation plays a HUGE role in the development of hypertension.

Here's how it happens:

Your arteries can sustain damage from things such as an injury, an infection or even from harmful bacteria such as Streptococcus mutans.

When this happens, your immune system senses something is wrong with the artery and sends droves of white blood cells to the area.

As part of their healing efforts, the white blood cells create inflammation, and these inflamed areas pull cholesterol from your blood...sort of like using glue to repair a cracked plate.

However, if this cycle continues too long, the cholesterol begins to accumulate in the inflamed area. The blood vessel begins to narrow and eventually it can completely close.

When it narrows, your heart has a heck of a time pushing the blood through your blood vessels. That makes your blood pressure go up, up, UP.

And when the blood vessel becomes blocked?

A heart attack occurs.

Maybe a stroke.

But here's some GOOD news on this grim topic.

Researchers have found that probiotics can help reduce your risk of high blood pressure (and cardiovascular disease) from inflammation.

Here's how they do this:

Probiotics reduce inflammation

Probiotics support the development of regulatory T cells in your immune system. These T cells help reduce overzealous immune responses throughout your body.

What that means is fewer white blood cells are sent to a damaged artery, and therefore less inflammation and less accumulation of cholesterol occurs in the area.

Probiotics reduce cholesterol in 2 ways:

1- Probiotics create acids that counter cholesterol production

As probiotic bacteria digest fiber in your intestines, they produce acids. This decreases production of cholesterol by the liver.

Less cholesterol produced by the liver = less to accumulate in your blood vessels and a reduction of blood pressure.

2- Probiotics reduce cholesterol in your blood

Substances called bile acids help your body digest fats. Your liver manufactures these bile acids from cholesterol.

Usually your liver recycles bile acids and uses them over and over. But probiotics break those acids down, so your liver has to make more, which means it uses up more cholesterol in the process.

More cholesterol used up by the liver to make bile acids means less cholesterol in your bloodstream, which means thinner blood, which means your heart doesn't isn't working very hard to pump your cleaner, thinner, healthier more oxygenated blood.

And that's a VERY good thing!

Now, you COULD take drugs for hypertension and deal with all the horrendous side effects.

Like:

# Constipation
# Dehydration
# Dizziness, light-headedness or fainting
# Drowsiness
# Dry mouth
# Frequent urination at night
# Headaches
# Increased sensitivity to cold
# Increased sensitivity to sunlight
# Potassium loss
# Tender, swollen or bleeding gums
# Upset stomach
# And for you guys, there's that lovely side effect of blood pressure medication...ED!

Or you could go natural...

Like following Frank Mangano's advice in "The Blood Pressure Miracle" and by taking a medical-grade probiotic.

Probiotics have shown to provide great support for helping to normalize blood pressure.

Helping to minimize your risk of high blood pressure (and resulting cardiovascular disease) is a great reason for taking a multi-strain probiotic like Super Shield daily.

One of Super Shield's medical-grade strains of bacteria, Lactobacillus Acidophilus DDS-1, is a great weapon for fighting cholesterol -- it's one of the cholesterol-eating bacteria that I described above.

In addition, Super Shield's Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus are also known for helping to reduce and control cholesterol levels.

In fact, ALL of Super Shield's 13 strains of research grade bacteria can help to strengthen your immune system (including your regulatory T cells) and encourage it to act appropriately -- not overzealously -- when it comes to infection or artery damage.

If you have hypertension (or even "pre-hypertension"), it's time to address this common yet little-known cause -- inflammation.

Now, don't wonder why you haven't heard this from your doctor. Very few doctors every receive training in natural solutions, and sadly, some are just as happy to treat you with prescription drugs and send you on your way. It pays a whole lot better than telling their patients to take inexpensive supplements for which they make no money.

But now you know better. There is more to the picture than just blindly taking your medicine. A LOT more.

Naturally stop the inflammation in your arteries and you'll GREATLY reduce your risk of high blood pressure and heart disease.

Oh, and beef up your immune system and improve your digestion while you're at it!

Let Super Shield probiotic formula help those BP readings come down for you:

Hi Sherry,

I waited to share this with you as I have been on Super Shield probiotic formula for only one month now. But already I am seeing changes in my health.

My blood pressure is lower, I have more energy, and I am sleeping well. Overall I just feel better than I have in years, both physically and emotionally.

Thank you so much Sherry for sharing with all of us your story and for making these products available. I told a friend about you yesterday and he emailed me today saying he just ordered Super Shield for himself.
