The Galactic Federation (GFL) have said they were at the Japan disaster to lessen the damage.
Now we have some video footage to verify this.

Then we have an audio message (channeled & read by someone) from the GFL concerning disclosure.

Followed by 2 short clips of a sighting over Haiti. (older video) I think back when the earthquake hit Haiti via HAARP (same as Japan)
