THAT'S plain BULL!!!
THEY LIE, THEY LIE. AND LIE MORE and it's simply
NOT true. Personal experience I've had in CH-7
where the judge TOLD HIM to supply it and when
we said NO it wasn't the note, the FED judge
said, WELL I THINK it is so stay is lifted.
On the lawyers written word-after the judges decision, the lawyer writes-he brought the original COPY of the note-and the judge allowed it. When we use they're "script"-(FRN'S)?
It CAN never be owned by us.ANYTHING! We have to state silver or gold that CONVERTED IT-NEVER SAY OR WRITE paid or purchased-land patent it!
What? I've read, re -read this post and it's not making sense. Who are "THEY" Chapter 7 doesn't allow to keep home only Chapter 13. ? When did the lawyer come in? Is this your lawyer or the bank's lawyer. Did you ask to inspect this "note" they produced? Original COPY? I would have inspected the COPY and said it's not my signature. "It can never be owned by us" ? What is "IT"? "we have to state silver or gold that converted it-Never say or write paid .." what?????????
This is coming over like morse code with a few actual words. It may help others here if you would fully explain what you mean into detail. Example: What state are you? Where you in Bankruptcy Court the same day or what was this just a Foreclosure Sale? and back to the first sentence. "That's plain BULL". What is? Identify "THAT" -I feel like I'm coming in at the very end of the movie and reading credits and tidbits.
