They keep making a big deal about all the fines they collect.... But the real people that have been destroyed at best get crumbs off the table.... Where does the rest go....

By the time they "catch" the crooks the majority of the wealth will have disappeared for all time.

Sad case.

Hats off to the KY AG. If you are in a county that is facing massive foreclosures, consider setting up your own Foreclosure Fraud task force. The fraud is still going on, robo signing is still going on and it is not going to stop under we the people demand that it stop. Put pressure on your county and state officials to place a moratorium on foreclosures. Dont sit back and wait for them to steal your home, because that is exactly what they are doing. The entity foreclosing your home does not own the note. They are scavengers picking up the spoils, just like Sherman's troops did. Don't let it happen to you. Never throw your keys on the counter and walk out. Stand and right. The tide is turning.

Unfortunately, whenever I see one of these "speeches" that gets closer to the core truth they always fall short (I presume by design) as no one wants to follow Icarus' flight path and risk incineration. Why are they not broaching the real fraud ? That NO ONE "loaned" any money. That "money" doesn't exist. That our signature on the note is what the Banks use to access OUR credit and that they receive in kind 10x the face value of OUR note (fractional banking system) and then pretend to loan us the face value of OUR note. Insults to that fraudulent injury, they then charge us interest on the face value of OUR note; make investments with the balance of what they received after proffering OUR note as collateral (100k note x 10 = 1 million x 90% = 900k) ; and then they sell the collateral (OUR note) over and over again (make copies? = counterfeiting?) as securities into a pool of same obliterating the "chain of custody" (that's right you don't really know who your paying off this fraudulent "loan" to). And the big kahuna of insults, they sell our home if we stop making payments in support of this scheme. You tell me. What "money" did the bank inject or what risk did the bank assume on OUR behalf in the process I just described? And Mr. Banker reading this... if this does not describe what you do when "offering a loan", please tell us the origin of the "money" you do "loan". And please don't tell us that it comes from the deposits of little old ladies as you know (and I know) that is against the banking system laws.

You are absolutely correct ...Why don't they get to the core of.the truth. That they never Lent money at all. What a joke. If they need to arrest someone, it would be the whole government and replace it with a new one! When will that be?
