This man's intentions are pure, no doubt; however, he MUST learn the difference between the "State of Nevada" and "Nevada Republic." A leopard cannot change his spots nor a man add a foot to his stature. You cannot change THEIR corporation (the "State Of.") That means you are a sub-corporation (Person, U.S. citizen) of a sub-corporation (State of Nevada) of a mother corporation (UNITED STATES). You can only opt-out of it where "Non-Assumptsit" is invoked.
The answer lies within the "Commerce Clause" wherein "they" obtain jurisdiction by assumptsit, making YOU a "Vessel For Hire." Think about it. Nuff said??
Don't care about the logistics...if this man wins I'm moving to Nevada! Nuff said.
