New way to Iose weight rapidly without gaining it back 


  
Here's a sobering thought for your day...
A recent study funded by the CDC projected that by the year 2030, 42% (over 4 out of 10) of American adults will be obese, compared to about 35% right now.
And 11% of us will be severely obese, compared to 6% today.
But what really makes you fall off your chair is when you take a look at the past and compare it to now.
Since 1980 (just 33 short years ago), our obesity rate has DOUBLED, and from 1950 to now it's TRIPLED!
Now the obvious question here is:
Why?
What has changed since 1950 to cause us to continue to balloon out with no foreseeable end in sight?
Well, it's not such a mystery, folks. Two main things that have changed...our activity levels and our foods.
And both are the MAJOR contributors to increasing numbers of us resembling the Michelin Man.
Here's the scoop:
A lot more than just CBS, NBC & ABC now
Our society has become less active, and this is primarily due to technology.
And while we've seen some truly invaluable developments in the world of electronics, more of us are now sitting on our keysters (at desk jobs, watching 700 channels in our living rooms and surfing the net) than ever before in the history of mankind.
It also means that our kids are not on the bike or playground and are instead playing electronic games, texting friends or watching YouTube videos.
It's a simple equation:
Less movement = less energy (calories) burned = more you.
The Big Kahuna
Although our disappearing level of activity causes many a scale number to rise, far and away the "Big Kahuna" behind our obesity rate is our food.
"Food" no longer means just meat, vegetables, fruit and dairy products like it did 60+ years ago. Instead it's usually a package of stuff that maybe was food at one time but has been so processed, preserved, chemicalized and "flavor enhanced" that it's basically a foreign substance to your body and anything but nutritious.
Fast food restaurants are no different. They just cook stuff from packages and serve it through a drive-thru window.
According to the USDA, 19,047 new food products were introduced into grocery stores in 2009.   What in the world do we need with 19,000 additional products?   Every year?!  You can bet your bottom dollar they're not new cuts of meat or bottled water!  In fact, over 1/4 of them were candy, gum and snacks and another 1/5 were beverages (mostly sodas and sweetened drinks).
It's to the point where grocery stores shouldn't even be called "grocery" stores anymore--they should be "package stores" instead.
And these "packages" are packing the pounds on YOU in record number.
Here's why:

To see why processed foods are so deadly, you need to understand how your body works.
Your body was designed brilliantly -- its hunger signal gets triggered when you physically need nutrients.
In a perfect world, this would be when your stomach is empty and it's been a while since you ate. Then you would sense your hunger, eat some food, your body would get nourished again and you'd feel satisfied.
Unfortunately, our foods of today have screwed up Nature's perfect system.
Thanks to processed (and "fast") foods and gargantuan meals that are next to impossible to digest, our bodies are not getting "nourished" like they should and as they used to a few decades back.
Processed food and fast food have no naturally occurring nutrients and are little more than refined carbs and unhealthy trans-fats -- neither provides any nutrition yet contain MASSIVE numbers of calories.
So when you eat foods like these, even though your stomach may be ready to burst, since you haven't been nourished, you'll be very hungry very soon, my friend.
And even if you dine in a restaurant that doesn't ask, "Do you want fries with that?" or cook your meals at home, the typical American meal is a huge smorgasbord of every kind of food under the sun, many times washed down with soda.
Not only does this lead to World War III in your stomach, but it creates loads of acid wastes and makes it nearly impossible for your body to absorb any nutrients.
So guess what will happen soon?

Better invest in some stretchy pants and be prepared to pay for 2 seats on an airplane.
 

Stop being a statistic!
