The People have it... The government does not

Please read the following section of the US Constitution very carefully.
National refers to that of a Nation.  At the time this was written, the 13 States were free and independent Nations.  This has never changed.  The united States were never meant to be a country but a union of the States no different than what the European Union is at present.  The States were united as a federation for the common good and protection of the Union.
The ONLY authority delegated to Congress is enumerated very clearly in this Section below.   At no time or place was Congress ever delegated authority over the People.  Their limited authority dealt specifically with the States and not the People in the States.  Now because they have the power (or the military might) to force us to do something does not give them the authority.  People need to understand that.  That is why it is so important that the government has no more might, militarily or otherwise, than the People.
People keep getting power, right, and authority mixed up.  Government CANNOT HAVE RIGHTS.  ONLY people can have rights.  Only people can be creators.  Government cannot be a creator.  Government can ONLY have the authority which is temporarily bestowed by the People to the elected officials for the temporary time they are in office.
The government has no authority or jurisdiction to impose gun legislation, healthcare legislation or any legislation on the People except those within the boundaries of DC, territories, or government employees.  The Constitution has been declared the Law of the Land.  There can be NO other legislation written or generated which is repugnant to it.  The US Supreme Court has never had the authority to interpret the Constitution.  The People are Judges and the Jurors to all Courts.
Be very clear about what authority is delegated to Congress, the President and the Judiciary!!  While we are at it, be clear that the Constitution gives US no rights.  It PROTECTS the rights bestowed on us by being born.  RIGHTS!! RIGHTS!! RIGHTS are not privileges that can be legislated away from us.   Rights are rights!!!  They cannot be taken from us. They are ours as long as we are alive.  Legislation cannot chip a little here or a little there.  Legislators need to read the Constitutions--State and US.  The Bill of Rights should be memorized by each and every one of us.  If you do not know your rights, you are in danger of losing them.
Executive orders written by the President only covers the People in DC and the Federal employees.  If the President had the authority to write legislation, we would not need Congress.  Executive orders written by a Governor only covers State employees.
If you read the section below, you would see that Congress has wayyyy overstepped its authority as has all the government.  They, in truth, probably only need to be in session about two weeks out of the entire year with the small amount of authority they actually have.  They would not need to give up their day jobs.  And they should only have their expenses paid for that two weeks of patriotic duty.
Please help get this circulated.  It is imperative that the People gain more clarity regarding rules, regulations, ordinances, etc., which are administrative, compared to the Constitution which is the Law of the Land.

This is a good article, but needs some clarification.

The article says: "Executive orders written by the President only covers the People in DC and the Federal employees.".

The mistake is that there are no modifiers to the noun President. Quite clearly the executive orders of the President of General Motors or President of Ghana would not apply to the People in DC and US Federal employees.

This is a very common mistake; the noun President should never be utilized alone.

To be correct, the article should have said:

Executive orders written by the President of the Republic of the United states of America only cover the People in DC and the Federal employees.

or

Executive orders written by the CEO (President if you will) of the White House Corporation only cover employees of the White House.

Any sentence utilizing the word president all alone has no clear sense.
